Zana in the Wild, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett

I traveled with my friends to Jim Corbett for the weekend from Delhi. Very first the staff, especially the ones at the reception who checked us in and the ones who took care of the check out formalities, were very welcoming and polite. We were served with a welcome drink. We were helped to our rooms. Mr Aditya is a sweet guy too. The staff took care of us to the utmost level! The other people were equally polite(Including the night manager and night watchmen as well). I really like the way the entire staff greeted me in the morning! (which added to the overall experience) The classic rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. The location of the property made it all so much better. It is near to the Kosi River, Garija Devi Temple, Girija Safari Zone Gate and the suspension bridge. One can go for a walk from the resort to the suspension bridge to enjoy the view. Adventure Activities like Hot Air Balloon and Rafting are also nearby. It’s so calm and peaceful. The food was good. They even helped us with our Safari Bookings. It is a newly built property.The arcade room is a hit. It is great for the kids and even adults as well. The place has a lot of Mango trees within its complex. Fortunately, the weather was also good during our stay which added to the experience. Overall experience at Zana was awesome. I would also like to specially mention Mr Sameer (from the central reservations team) who helped us a lot with our bookings. Kudos to the team!

We recently stayed at this hotel, booking four rooms for our family, including infants and senior citizens. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The food was subpar, with very limited options and poor taste, making it hard to enjoy our meals. The service was equally disappointing, with slow responses to requests and an overall lack of hospitality from the staff. Many of the facilities promised were non-operational, including the much-anticipated kid’s play area, which turned out to be chargeable. This was quite frustrating for our young children, who were looking forward to some entertainment. The hotel seemed understaffed, and the staff that was present lacked the training to handle basic customer needs. For a family getaway, this hotel did not live up to expectations. We left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend it to others, especially for families with young children or elderly members.

Incredible Stay Zana is a beautiful, peaceful resort surrounded by lush nature. The food was delicious, and the staff made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s the ideal destination for a quiet break........................

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay at Zana! The resort is beautifully connected to nature, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and truly memorable. Everything about our experience was perfect, and we’re so grateful for the care and hospitality. Highly recommend!

This is a very bad hotel. The service here is very bad. There is no light in the room. I came here to celebrate new years my booking amount is 218000/- 2 suites room 1 cottage. Date 30.12.24 to 02.01.25. Room service is being ordered every hour but no response , no lights inside dressing. The fire area inside the cottage is very bad. The breakfast is very bad, so do not book a room here by mistake. Thank you!

Overall was good and memorable experience. It’s a beautiful and tastefully built property. Not very big though. Service was good and prompt, always with a smile. Food was also good. They have a covered game area for kids, which was really good and our kids enjoyed it the most. Pool was also decent. We stayed there from Sunday till Wednesday , and it was not much crowded after Sunday, which matters to us. We felt that if too crowded this would have impacted the service ( Sunday night experience wasn’t very great )
