I booked a stay at royal cliff expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no electricity, and shockingly, the hotel had failed to inform us beforehand. Despite assurances from the staff that the issue would be resolved promptly, hours passed with no improvement. Frustrated by the lack of basic amenities and the hotel's inability to provide a comfortable stay as promised, we decided to leave within an hour of arrival. The staff assured us that our deposit would be refunded promptly, but it has now been over a week, and we have yet to receive our money back. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel management and clarify the refund process, we have been met with excuses and delays. This experience has not only left us out of pocket but also severely impacted our travel plans and overall enjoyment of pangot. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking at royal cliff, as their lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor refund commitments demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism in the hospitality industry. I hope that sharing this experience serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages the hotel management to take responsibility for their shortcomings and promptly issue the refund they promised.
