Excellent Location, Hospitality and Food Travelled with Friends and Family Staff was very courteous excellent service and Food The hotel is about 2 kms from the main road so that is a plus. No traffic noise, clear skies. The staff - impeccable. Mr. Avdesh (GM) made sure we felt at home all three days. Every request was met with a smile and acted upon. Special mention for Manu, Shubham, Harshit and Guard Bisht Ji for making it a memorable trip The restaurant staff made sure all items were made to perfection. Taking regular feedback for all items and adjusting as per taste. If you are visiting Nainital, Bhimtal or a nearby town, skip and go here instead.

The resort had plenty to keep the whole family engaged—nature walks, trekking trails, indoor games, bonfires, and even a kids’ play area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay feel even more special. Their personalized service made us feel at home. This trip was a wonderful blend of relaxation, family bonding, and adventure in the lap of nature.
