spent a whole weekend , check in Friday check out Saturday night, a full Shabbat, this review relates to the Shabbat Experience, excellent service, plenty of food, coffee and tea all the time in the lobby, rooms clean and adequate, kitchenette facility in room very useful, staff give excellent service, the only problem for Shabbat observant guests is that they have two lifts and when we were there the one allocated for the Shabbat observant guests also serviced the basement car park, and ground floor in addition to the lobby pickup, the result was extremely long waiting time and so with the synagogue on the tenth floor and the guest rooms from the third floor up, lots of stairs to climb so as not to have to wait ages for the lift. if you go down to the street level by the stairs you climb down the first two floors which service commercial offices and these stairways are not very well maintained in comparison to the stairways inside the hotel floors.

From booking to leaving you will not be disappointed. Every aspect. Yaacov tailor made our last minute week end booking exactly as we needed. Julia checked us in with such class, we felt we were in an 18th century boutique hostel. The decor is lovely. Chic and understated pictures and 'pieces' displayed in perfect harmony. Starlets from bygone eras (not so bygone at my age) stared down at us as we ate. The evening meal. Israel prides itself on hotels with magnificent buffet offerings and even top spa hotels offer a served 'main' + buffet extras. Laura, commander of the serving team ensured everyone was take care of. The trolleys came to you with a fabulous salad selection including salmon, and then the beef and chicken came cooked to a 'michelin' standard. After a long day traveling please ensure you have nothing to eat on the way to dinner! Up the winding staircase synagogue facilities if that is your inclination and a wonderful rooftop indoor pool. Perfectly equipped gymnasium and nooks and crannies where to sit quietly with a drink or just in quiet contemplation. Casa boutique is a haven to escape from the whirlygig of present day Israel.
