Summit Green Lake Tea Resort & Spa

First of all the resort is very far away from the actual park gates , if you are planning in advance suggestion will be to book a resort close to the park Second , the rooms which are called as Ethnic Villa are horrible , they are small and are at a huge distance from reception so if you are ordering food be ready to wait a minimum of 45 minutes Third, the restaurant service is the slowest of all , i ordered a lime soda ands waited 40 minutes Fourth , the resort is not at all lighted well we had to use our phone flash lights Fifth , housekeeping is the most horrendous , the kettle has old coffee in it , no towels or dental kits in washroom , the checkin time is 2 we called in advance that we are arriving still room was not ready at 2:45 All in all horrible experience you will get better cheaper options near park gates at Bagori or Kohora

Wonderful stay in budget. The location is way towards the starting of Kaziranga if you’re coming from Guwahati side. So, if you’ve anything planned in the Kohora range, then it will take 1-1.5 hrs to reach there even after being at Kaziranga because the speed limit restrictions. Summit is basically at Kaziranga but on one side.

We stayed only for one night. Dinner was excellent. Dining area is really nice with lamps on both sides of the narrow path. People are nice and caring.

Worst one can say in one word. It it toooo far from the safari points. 22 kms from western range and 40 kms from Kohara.. it is far way.. now it is my fault so not to blame hotel for that. But hotel to be blamed for - 1. I had to call 2 hours for TV remote then they provided one which was also defective, after one hour it was then changed. 2. The parking slot provided to me was so crunch that whole night their guard 11 PM and 5 PM rang my call bell to move my car so other vehicle can be accommodated. 3. In morning i was looking for hot water but there was no geyser in the room. I rang to resception no one picked. Horrible in one word.

Location is good. Food is nice. But cost us high includes gst 18. Amenities and services needs much more improvement.

Rooms are good. But the hospitality of the resort employees are not at all good. They are just busy with the event organizers. They are not even taking proper food orders at the event timing.
