Nagano Nakagosho Hotels

Japanese style room, small but good function, in a room have a bathtub like we are doing Onsen too. at reception, we can pick things we want to use such as coffee, toothbrushes, etc.. the distance from Nagano station to the hotel is about 10 mins walk, which does not disturb us. There is a nice restaurant nearby, we have Eel and pork with rice, which is so good.

Great location, within 5-10 minutes walk from Nagano Train Station. Good amenities and service provided by the hotel. Friendly and professional hotel staff. Laundry room has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers that work well. Reception staff can provide change of 100yen coins for the laundry machines.

호텔 위치와 객실 청결도는 최고였습니다 얼음기계,세탁기,건조기,각층마다 전자레인지 등등 다양한 편의시설이 잘되어있었고 2층 작은 목욕탕은 여행의 피로를 풀기에 최고였습니다 근처 맛집과 편의점들이 있어 좋았고 영어가 가능한 직원분들이 계셔서 매우 편했고 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 객실은 일본 호텔치곤 꽤 넓은편입니다 화장실도 좀 더 넓고 쾌적했습니다 요청사항대로 조용한방을 주셔서 좋았는데 마지막 4일차에는 옆방,윗방이 가득찼는지 밤새 쿵쿵거려 잠들기 힘들었네요 방음은 좋지 못한거 같습니다 마지막날 소음을 제외하면 숙박하기에 더할나위없는 최고에 호텔 이었습니다 나가노에 설경을 볼수있는 뷰까지 더해져 최고였습니다

This is an extremely cosy place, but I would not dare describe it as luxurious. It is dated and simple, with the most basic amenities. However, I liked it a lot. The best part about this ryokan is its owner, an elderly man. He truly puts his heart and soul into his establishment. He even suggested to give us a ride to the station, however the weather was nice and we decided to walk instead. I'd like to highlight the breakfast: it was gorgeous, given the price. I'd even say it tasted better than a ¥3000 dinner I had at some local restaurant. The whole experience felt like visiting your grandparents, who live in a village, during the summer.

We were drawn to this hotel because my friends and I absolutely love Chateraise cakes! Conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Nagano Station, the hotel was easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The best part was the daily treat of Chateraise cakes offered as welcome treats and during tea time—a delightful indulgence. The hotel served as an excellent base for exploring Nagano, with popular sights like Zenko-ji Temple within walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderfully convenient stay.

Das Zimmer ist ok, der Service ist ok, der Toilette ist ok. Es gibt zwei kleine Probleme, die eins ist das Frühstück zu einfach, es gibt nicht einmal Eier, Milch, Gemüse usw. Zweitens sind viele Schalter im Zimmer kaputt und die Wartung sollte verstärkt werden.

Hotel is not so bad. But the breakfast view is amazing with variety of food. You can see Hakuba mountain view during you take breakfast in the morning.

Receptionist was very friendly, recommending places to eat and things to do. Room was clean. The washing machine is free to use. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Location is about 15-20 mins walk from nagano station. And about 10 mins walk to zenkoji temple, you can wake up early and walk to see the early morning prayer that occurs at sunrise. Lots of food options as it is beside gondo shopping street
