Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und absolut inkompetent, jegliche Art von Informationen zu geben. Beim Frühstück mussten wir leider zusehen, wie das Personal die Katzen, welche auf der Terrasse des Restaurants liegen, schlägt. Wir mussten eingreifen, da dies für uns normale Menschen unerträglich war zuzusehen. Daraufhin wurden wir „bestraft“, da man unser Frühstück unterdessen entsorgt hat. Das nächste Mal wurde meine volle Kaffeetasse einfach weggetragen und ich musste hinterher springen. Absolut nie nie wieder!!! Autobahnlärm vor dem Balkon. Nur 10 Liegestühle am Pool. Schade

Novotel Nadi- Great staff who are friendly and Make you feel welcomed But this is an old hotel that needs a facelift. Air con isn’t that great had to ask for a fan. The lock on door needs fixing as well as soapbox. Otherwise I believe it’s the friendly staff and maintenance staff that make this place what it is Great location close to airport, close to shops Is clean and tidy but like I mentioned it needs a makeover

We claimed the room at around 9pm with a long waiting time for the room due to hotel’s issue. The room is dark. The hospitality decision of the hotel is not really good to be honest. But still, the gentleman in the reception are very willing to help us and he is friendly with a smile on his face.so overall is fine in this hotel.

Firstly, good location despite the poor road condition (nothing had changed in 16 years since I left Fiji, still.libe Fiji and this isn't the hotels fault). The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is in need of some serious renovations such as toilet/shower/fittings upgrade. The aircon barely worked and the moulds in the bathroom are worse than 1 star. Please management do something about your amenities and fittings, they are NOT in a great condition. I can go on but would be better if the hotel management contacts me. Thanks.
