We visited heliotrope hotel in June and had a lovely time. The staff was very polite and with a large smile. The room was very big and spacious for a family of four. Nice bed and nice bathroom too. Everything was very clean. The only negative thing was the mosquitoes. There were a lot!!!! Swimming pool and the bar were very nice too. Breakfast was brilliant! There were plenty of choices for every taste!!! I would definitely stay there again!

Ich arbeite seit 1997 im Hotelgewerbe und dies war das schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je war. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Ekelhaft dreckige Zimmer, schlechter Service, geschmackloses und schlechtes Buffet, kaputte Aufzüge und hilfloses Management. Die schlimmsten drei Tage meines Lebens. Das Hotel ist so dreckig. Haare auf dem Essen. Man kann höchstens Bier trinken. Sie machen es einem schwer, wenn man Wasser bekommt. Sie haben kein Wasser und kein Brot mehr. Den Rest können Sie sich vorstellen. Wie kann man kein Brot oder kein Wasser mehr haben? Das sind Grundbedürfnisse. Es ist nicht all-inclusive. Dieses Hotel ist ein heruntergekommenes Hotel mit schlechtem Management. Geldverschwendung. Bleiben Sie um jeden Preis fern. Sie werden es bereuen. Sie sind gewarnt. Es ist überhaupt nicht kinderfreundlich. Jemand sollte das Gesundheitsamt für dieses Anwesen anrufen. Bu yıl otelde üst üste 3. senemiz. Enerjisini ve doğasını gerçekten çok seviyor, her seferinde dinlenmiş hissediyoruz. Özellikle çocuk ve köpek ile seyahat edecekler için bulunmaz bir konumu var. Biz bungallow tipinde konaklıyoruz. Düz ayak olduğu için çok rahat ediyoruz. Kocaman bir teras ve kendimize ait bahçemiz de oluyor. Deniz ve rüzgar durumu maalesef Ayvalık bölgesinin genelinde olduğu gibi günü gününe uymayabiliyor. Kızım 6 buçuk yaşında ve Kids Club'da gününün neredeyse yarısını geçirdi. Döndükten sonra bile hala Harika öğretmeni sayıklıyordu:) Gerçekten tüm çocuklar inanılmaz mutlu. Açılmasını kapılarda bekliyorlar. Genel personel ilgisi ve saygısını da seviyorum. Spa'yı özellikle tavsiye ederim. Çok temiz, fiyatları da makul. Özellikle Uğur Hanım gerçekten müthişti. Ancak... Housekeeping tam bir felaket. Oda temizlenmiyor. Yani temizlenmesi için ne yapmamız gerek gerçekten anlamıyorum. Bardak ya da havlu değişimi gibi konularda bile defalarca kez aramam gerekiyor. ve enteresandır bu konuyu senelerdir geliştiremediler. Bu da çok üzücü. Bir de menüde sebze seçeceği çok az. Sıcak yemek hiç yok. Uzun süreli konaklamalarda, özellikle çocukluysanız her gün ızgara ya da pide vs yemekten hali ile bıkmış oluyorsunuz. GGuest UserIn einer Stadt mit allgemein fehlenden Unterkünften bietet dieses Hotel eine wirklich erstklassige Flugerfahrung. Die Lage ist perfekt, vor allem für die, die durch das Meer ankommen, und es ist in einem sehr coolen Ecken der Stadt, umgeben von sehr Hüft, sozialbewussten Essen und Geschäften. Zimmer sind elegante und komfortabel. Die gesamte Operation ist sehr professionell laufen. Ich kann meist etwas über das zu beschweren finden, aber nicht hier. Das Frühstück hatte eine Reihe von wirklich ungewöhnlichen lokalen Artikeln, und alles, was ich geschmackte, war lecker. Alle Frühstücksvorstellungen, die ich vorstellen konnte, waren auch gut für gegeben. Sehr empfohlen insgesamt!

GGuest UserWir blieben in Heliotrope für zwei Nächte Mitte November, alles war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war sauber, sehr komfortabel für drei Personen und genau wie in den Bildern. Mit zwei Fernsehsendern, mit Küchen und im Zentrum, in der Nähe der Geschäfte und der Einkaufsstraße, aber das Hauptsache war, sein Volk zu dienen, ihre gute Stimmung und ihre Bereitschaft. Wir trafen Maria in der Rezeption, die uns hilfreich war und alles mit Details über die Stadt und die Insel aus dem ersten Augenblick erläuterte. Maria, danke für alle ... immer gesund, guter Geschäfts- und guter Winter ... Wir würden wieder und nur dort bleiben ... Stella, Vibe, Maria.

Es ist überraschend und traurig, dass es kein Hotel im Zentrum einer großen und schönen Insel wie der Pony gibt, wie ein Hotel im Kupferzentrum. Wir gingen mit einer Stetatiltour. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer, das hinter uns war. Die drei waren glücklicher. Das Hotel wurde schon ganz alt renoviert. Am ersten Tag gab es keine Kettle, Tee, Kaffee und Füße in unserem Zimmer. Am nächsten Tag kamen sie und legten sie auf. Die Betten waren sauber und ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist klein und eine halbe Dusche, die mit einer halben Verkleidung aus dem Haus fährt viel Wasser. Im Allgemeinen sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist schön kalt. Es ist nicht schlecht, wenn das Frühstück nicht sehr vielfältig ist. Aber sie wissen nicht, Tee zu machen. Wenn Sie den ersten Tee um 7 Uhr bekommen, trinken Sie. Dann geben sie immer Tee aus offenem Gelb und offenem, und obwohl wir sagen, geben sie auch nicht in den Frühstücksraum. Am ersten Tag gibt es 2 Flaschen Wasser, am zweiten Tag gibt es keine. Die Lobby-Klima ist draußen sehr heiß, aber die Abende schließen. Die Rezeption sagt nicht einmal Kaliber, wenn Sie nicht reden. Die Frauen sind nicht so. Der Strand unter der Frauenbilder im Hotel ist nur auf der Fußgängerzone, das alles vergisst, das Buffet und das Backhaus in der Nähe des Hotels sind zu einem angemessenen Preis. Wenn ich aus dem Hotel gehe, werde ich sicher auch die Molivos bleiben.
