Pool, parking, indoor and outdoor are really made kids to relax well. Cycles for kids and adults for making them to enjoy well. Foods are nutritious. ***ager, Puneeth Kumar , sheriff, Pradeep, person who maintain pool, coffee bay madam and over all people doing responsive and fast service to clients. Well Done. What would i suggest please maintain a per***ent air freshener in RESTROOM. Separate pools for kids. 1 ltr water etc....for make your service more valuable. Das ist sicher nicht das erste Mal. Ich liebe, aus 2 Hauptgründen hier zurückzukommen. Einer ist die freundliche Mitarbeiterin und der andere das freundliche Lächeln, in das ich einsteige. Obwohl ich vor etwa einem Jahr besuchte, erkannte mich das Personal und wusste, wie ich mein Essen mag. Ich werde sicherlich weiter zurückkommen!!

Very scenic earthy resort ***** Kabini river bank and close to outskirts of Nagarhole Tiger Reserve Kakanote gate. We reached late at night but staff were kind enough to serve us dinner at that hour despite their shift ending soon. They made us feel comfortable and at ease instantly. The resort decor is earthy and soothing to the eyes. The room we were in was spacious and even with an extra bed there was sufficient floor space to walk around. Can spend hours sitting on comfortable sofa chairs in lawn facing verandah and looking at beautiful scenery. The nifty accessories in the room like umbrella and a torch shows great thought put in behind the scenes. We were on a full board package and it is recommended as there were no restaurants/ eating options nearby. Besides the buffet spread for all meals is good and food tasted very nice. We were lucky to have been served well by Subhash and Srinivas. They constantly checked on us and were prompt to serve us with our requests. Nagesh at reception is also very responsive and helpful. We went to a jeep safari based on his recommendations and got lucky at sighting a Tiger up close. Lastly if you have enough time at hand, there are plentiful activities to partake in like Carrom, Football, Badminton, Swimming, Volleyball - we enjoyed playing cricket on the grassy lawns.

One of the best hotels in Mysore. I decided to stay here for my special day - birthday and the hotel ensured I had an amazing time. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The service was polite and friendly. Staff at reception were very warm. The place was brimming with guests. There was a function going on in its banquet hall too. All of it was being managed well. The highlight was the food. Scrumptious and tasty spread. So many varieties to order from and we hogged like there was no end. All of it was lip smacking. Ample parking space available too. True to its name, the place was indeed grand and gave us a lot of peace during our stay. It is so close to so many attractions in Mysore and is a total value for money. I highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Mysore.

Hahaha Geschmack wagt es wirklich nicht, Komplimente zu machen, also empfehle ich Ihnen, chinesische Restaurants zu bestellen oder spezielles chinesisches Essen zu wählen. Andere Dienstleistungen sind gut und Zeitungen sind ebenfalls erhältlich.

Review of southern star hotel (stay from tuesday, september 10th to friday, september 13th) our overall experience at southern star hotel was very good, deserving of a 4-star rating. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the courteous staff at the entrance, setting a positive tone for our stay. The parking space above ground was excellent, offering convenient access, though it is unclear whether underground parking is available, given the hotel’s central location in the city. The room rates were reasonable, and room service was prompt, efficient, and affordable, contributing to the comfort of our stay. The housekeeping services were also prompt, maintaining cleanliness and regularly replacing towels and toiletries. The room itself was spacious, with the inclusion of an extra dewan, which was a thoughtful touch. Zest restaurant offered an excellent variety of food, and the service there was impeccable, enhancing the dining experience. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The closet for clothes was poorly lit, and additional hangers would have been helpful. The plug points for charging devices were not optimally placed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom would benefit from better lighting around the shaving mirror, and we noticed the absence of face and hand towels upon check-in. The safety locker posed a challenge due to unclear instructions regarding its use, making it difficult to store items securely. Furthermore, the instructions for contacting hotel services were not displayed prominently and were crowded among other items, such as the table lamp, making them hard to locate, especially for elderly guests. The room also lacked sufficient space for additional storage, adding to the inconvenience. Lastly, we suggest the inclusion of a bold, visible wall clock in the room, as this would be especially useful for guests sharing the space. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, southern star hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service.
