Red Earth Kabini

Location of property is awesome , in jungle and proximity to river but it is far from safari. Pricing is similar to better and nearby properties to safari so can chk out other properties if getting a good deal. Need a lot of hard work in Cleanliness and maintainance. We have stayed in bugger properties in mountain and jungles but they manage very well but here I had fear several times while touching on table, wall etc due to insects , dirt etc. Jacuzzi is just for the name sake. Outdoor it is and dirty and not actual jacuzzi u expect. We told on day of checkin and next day also 3-4 times but no one cleaned it and filled it inspite of prior multiple request. Rather it shd have been covered or atleast bathtub inside bathroom. Food varieties - 3.5/5 Food quality - 3/5 Food taste - 3/5 Bar - 4/5 - We didnt drink alcohol but we went there as ambience was to good of the bar and can read books, just sit and chill, play carrom etc. Activities - 3/5 (Only coracle ride is good , rest all mentioned on website aren't as u expect, just to add names , and all activities are chargeable , they are taking 25K per night then shd include everything) Safari is also costlier than actual, 3400/- per person If visit kabini again, I won't go here again and would like to try Bison/Sandesh/Evolve Back. One time visit due to natural place is recommended

I generally don't write comments and reviews, but this incident gave me the strength to highlight my experience at Kabini Red Earth (Hotel with a bunch of thieves) Good points: After paying 20k for a night, u can at least expect decent food They staff named Ajay as per Reception stole my Louis Vuitton perfume priced ~22k from our room, cigarettes, and mobile charger while he was getting the suitcases from our room during checkout. Moreover we have been waiting for him for quite a long time at reception... Everyone is involved in this scam... Right from Owners, Nimisha, and all staff running the show there. If that's the situation of your luggage, just imagine how insecure are girls, kids in that property. It's better to take precautions rather than repenting... In fact, that's what we are going through Checkin dates - 26th May'25 Check out - 27th May'25

Nature’s escape in this idyllic surroundings. This resort has all the conveniences to make one’s stay comfortable. The cottages are spacious., with huge attached bathrooms. It does give one the feel of serenity. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice place in the laps of nature. It's for people who love nature in their own expressions. Sustainable and earthy, they follow environmental ly conscious practices true to the name. They eco-friendly and luxurious cottages are spacious and well maintained. Food is also very impressive, spreads, and preparation are all commendable. Good hospitality and very polite staff. We were happy to meet Mrs Racheal- owner of Redearth, and stay at the property. It was wonderful listening to their successful journey. Warm and wonderful people as they maintain the environment. Thanks to such great commitment to the environment and the local community, also, the great experiences you provide for all the guests who visit. We will surely visit again and also their other properties.

Incredible buffets three times a day, wonderful amenities embedded seamlessly in the natural surroundings. Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms were well apportioned and comfortable. Incredible balance of rural charm and high quality hospitality. The two spaniels were even more of a plus!

I will describe our stay here in one word - disappointing. Food was average. Accommodation was average. And the activities provided by the resort were so-so. The safari was expensive, as was the entire package of three nights and four days. I'm definitely not going back there. The staff was helpful and really nice.
