I am writing to share my experience during my stay at your hotel on the 10th of October.
I had informed the hotel staff that I would be arriving an hour late and requested that the room be cleaned, as we were tired from our journey. Despite this, we had to wait in the reception for almost two hours before being given access to the room.
Additionally, when I inquired about the swimming pool, I was informed that it was not operational. I raised the concern that photos of the swimming pool were still displayed on your website, to which the staff responded that it was under construction, though this was not communicated beforehand.
The room we were given initially had broken tiles, a broken mirror, and a non-functioning air conditioner. We were later moved to another room, where most things were in order, except for the shower, which was not working properly. We had to call a plumber from the hotel to fix it.
The most disappointing aspect of our stay occurred the next day when we inquired about food availability at around 10:55 pm. We were told that food service was not available, yet other guests who could communicate in the local language were served.
This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I strongly recommend that future guests consider alternative accommodations.
Kindly look into these issues, as I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service at your hotel.
