Being a Bluegreen owner, I had much higher expectations for this resort. First, the room was not clean upon arrival. We were only staying for two days so we did clean ourselves. We always sanitize everything everywhere we go because we know the staffs do minimum to maintain "cleanliness" level. Most resorts through Bluegreen do for the most part meet expectations. This room was definitely not maintained. The bath tub had dirt/permanent staining in the second bath. It also had a brown streak in the master toilet. There was a person's underwear in the dryer. Some of the dishes in the cabinet looked as if they were just ran quickly through a cycle. To top it off, there were bed bugs in at least 2 of the beds. I ended up going to the store and getting a spray fogger and airing out the unit because I am sure they would have just moved us to another room that would have the chances of having the same issues. I did not mention most of the issues to the staff because I just honestly did not want them asking about an owner review or anything else for that matter. The amenities and location was the best features of this stay. We will stay in other resorts in the future. Bluegreen overall has been very great as far as the timeshare.
