As it was as short distance and we have booked via a third party for a 2 night stay, transfers were not included, we walked from the airport. Only took 5-10 minutes and easy with small luggage. We were warmly welcomed by Hope on reception. Our room wasn't ready, so we were shown to the outdoor bar and given a welcome drink. We booked a Junior Suite with outdoor hot tub and horizon view. Whilst our room was ok, it definitely did not match up to the photos on their website or *******. It was smaller, no sofa or chairs and not as luxurious decor. Another disappointment was the hot tub. On our only full day at the hotel, the hot tub didn't work and was cold. At 10am I contacted reception who turned it on somehow remotely, but said it needed to be cleaned. The maintenance guy spent a long time coming in and out of our room and it wasn't until 4pm it was clean and warm enough to use. Breakfast was just ok. It was a stupid system where there were a few items laid out on a table and then you could choose an egg dish off a menu with ONE extra item. For the price, it could have been much better. The outdoor areas of the hotel are lovely and the pool looked inviting. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
