I have never felt I had to write a bad review about anywhere I have stayed but here goes! Arrived late at night check in good with the guy on reception and thats were it ends! Woke early to a beautiful view of the sea proceeded to the outdoor patio area and went to the bar to ask for a black coffee and a white coffee, no black coffee only Greek coffee, that was ok with me, the bar guy didn’t have a clue and was basically damn rude! Waiting 15 minutes for the one coffee and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for the white when I went to check he was boiling it on a small camping stove! The coffee tasted like sludge and cost €8 euros! The beach is lovely and private but the charge for 2 beds was €80 right at the back were everyone was walking back and forth, beds at the front €150, we sat on our towels instead for free! The pool is lovely and quiet the time we were there it’s a salt water pool and not very clean. There is a lovely Italian up the road but it’s not cheap! The hotel restaurant Spillia is an absolute rip off! Day 2 our toilet broke, they guy who was manning reception fixed it and left all the crap that was in the cistern all over the toilet and the sink! Day 3 the toilet broke again so my husband fixed it as he did on day 4 too! That night the aircon wouldn’t work! Reception not worried about it at all! Day 4 in the 4 days we were there (we booked for 7) our room wasn’t cleaned(we didn’t see a maid/cleaner in the time we were there) and we had no fresh towels! At this point we had a guts full and booked another hotel for the last 3 days! I’m sitting in this hotel writing this review which is clean, amazing friendly staff, room cleaned and fresh towels everyday! I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking this hotel and safe to say would never go there again even if they gave it to me free with free food in the rip off restaurant everyday!

very nice hotel with a beautiful view . The stuf was very helpful and kind . Everything in the room was clean and tidy . The breakfast was simple but of excellent quality .I really enjoyed the outdoors because they had an amazing view . All in all it was an all inclusive traditiotal hotel which was everything we needed

The property is old and it’s far away from the center there are no buses and you have to pay taxis 50-70 euros to go somewhere and the hotel is way expensive like getting a spot on the beach can cost you 150 euros 😅

First of all, pictures of the rooms very very very fotoshop. From the site they look nice and fresh in reality very old building and very old rooms with old furniture. Nothing in common Not even worth giving 1-star! Honest advice is DO NOT BOOK here! The pictures and advertisements of this hotel are nothing but to get you to book with them The bed and pillows are like you sleep in rock, The pool you can't use until 1 pm.And also if you want to go to beach you have to pay. Overall I will never go back,either don't recommend no one to go

Hotel 3 étoiles pas plus. Pour ceux qui aime la party, resto-bar Spilia à même l’hôtel, mais très dispendieux. 3 choix de restos à 10 min à pied, mini-market et 2 supers plages. Vue superbe!! Arrêt autobus facile et abordable

Fa pena , non consiglio assolutamente!!! Io vi ho avvisato a mio modo …. Gli italiani li trattano con molta sufficienza! Uno schifo assoluto🤮 nelle nostre camera non c’era frigo bar, cassaforte, prese , tutto veramente basico a livello di una stella , personale nella hall (greco) molto arrogante è poco carini nei modo di fare

Hotel o ostello? Struttura al limite della decenza. Piscina sporca sempre. Camere orribili e servizi inesistenti. Personale totalmente inadeguato. Nessun rispetto. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Appena arrivato abbiamo dormito in una camera sbagliata. Sostituta il giorno successivo con in altra stanza senza un minimo di attinenza con l’offerta pagata. Toilet rotea e richiesta di cambio stanza. Non accolta. Camera accanto alla spazzatura fronte alloggi staff che la sera fanno ****** fra alcool e non di che altro. Responsible assente o che si nasconde. Colazione inesistente. Servizi minimi non garantiti. Accessibilità per chi ha difficolta motorie inesistente. Accesso alla spiaggia attrezzata a euro 180€ giorno. Condizionatori senza telecomando. Stanze basse e umide. Doccia senza porta ne tenda. Non c’è bidet. Potrei scrivere un libro da categoria horror. Intraprenderò azione legale contro l’hotel e last-minute.com.

Siamo rimasti molto poco soddisfatti con l’hotel Anastasia Village a Mykonos prenotato agenzia Gattinoni Travel di Torino (pacchetto Alpitour). Arrivati in hotel troviamo la strada di accesso alla struttura usata come parcheggio rendendo difficoltoso l’accesso con le valige. Ci danno una tessera magnetica come chiave ma arrivati alla camera scopriamo che non funziona. Torno indietro e mi danno una chiave metallica al posto chiedendomi di lasciarla alla reception ogni mattino cosicché possano pulire la camera. Scopriremo successivamente che non ne hanno bisogno per entrare, probabilmente hanno un doppione. Arrivati abbiamo trovato la camera sporca. C’era molta sabbia per terra e perfino dentro l’armadio e capelli biondi nella doccia. Anche le tende sono sporche. Gli arredi non sono certo moderni. Il letto non è matrimoniale ma ci sono 3 letti singoli. Nella camera c’è una singola presa della corrente, quindi possiamo caricare un solo dispositivo alla volta. Dove dovrebbe esserci una seconda presa c’è un buco con dei cavi che penzolano. Aprendo l’armadio c’è un chiodo che spunta e la mia compagna si ferisce. Andiamo in piscina. I lettini della piscina sono sporchi, pieni di macchie. I vetri intorno alla piscina sono impolverati, qualcuno ci ha perfino scritto sopra come si fa sulle auto che non vengono lavate da molto tempo Torniamo in camera e proviamo a farci una doccia, ma scopriamo che il sifone della doccia è otturato. L’acqua scende pochissimo allagando il bagno. L’acqua della doccia viene o bollente o freddissima, è impossibile regolarla. Vado a protestare in reception. Almeno un paio delle persone alla reception sono veramente scortesi. Ci dicono che chiameranno il tecnico la mattina seguente. Il giorno dopo ci svegliamo e andiamo a fare colazione. Non c’è nessuno ad accoglierci. La colazione è di qualità infima. Il succo è imbevibile. C’è poco cibo, qualche Muffin dall’aspetto poco invitante. Mancano le posate e i tovaglioli. Andiamo in spiaggia. Rientrati in hotel non solo la camera non è stata pulita, ma non viene proprio acqua. Ci spiegano che è un problema non solo della nostra camera. Per andare a cena dobbiamo aspettare due ore che torni l’acqua per poterci fare una doccia e toglierci la sabbia e la crema da sole di dosso. Protesto nuovamente e finalmente mandano qualcuno a pulire la camera. Nei giorni successivi la pulizia della camera non sarà comunque ottimale. Continuerà ad esserci sabbia sul pavimento e l’armadietto del bagno non viene pulito nonostante lo lasci aperto per far notare che è sporco. La nostra camera da su una strada di accesso dove la mattina molto presto arriva un camion cisterna a portare l’acqua facendo molto rumore e svegliandoci. L’ultimo giorno si rompe il meccanismo dello sciacquone. Vado in reception a comunicarlo. Rientrati in hotel ovviamente non è stato riparato. Ormai è tardi e la reception è chiusa e siamo costretti a riempire di acqua il cestino e usarlo come sciacquone. Il mattino dopo vado alla
