Premier Inn Shrewsbury North (Harmer Hill)

having stayed at the PI at Harmer Hill on numerous occasions consider this will be our last stay at this PI hotel, the bed felt uncomfortable / hard as were the pillows; the soft ones were lumpy the firm were hard unable to open window and aircon was inconsistant making to an uncomfortable night's sleep there was black mould in the bathroom around the shower fittings over the bath

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and always experienced excellent customer service. I would like to give a special thank you to a young lady called Bella who made check in very easy and quick and even managed to change my room to suit my needs. Hotel is in a quiet location and great for a good nights sleep. Food was reasonably priced and nothing was too much trouble.

We enjoyed a very pleasant one night stay at Harmer Hill. The room had picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The double room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. The reception team were very welcoming and helpful. The Bar staff and the Restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. We took advantage of the "Meal Deal", which is a "no brainer", great value, lovely meal. A very enjoyable break. All the staff are a credit to Premier Inn. We will be recommending it our friends and family. Great location. We'll be back. Mick and Margaret Green.

I found that Cathy and Tracy were particularly helpful and made a difference to our stay. Room was clean warm and tidy. Shower was really good and bathroom very clean. Attached restaurant and bar was excellent as were the staff, service and food. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Cold room with very tired decor. The Premier Inn is located at the back of beyond. The only place to eat is the appalling Whitbread pub next door where they appear to specialise in making customers wait for an hour for their poorly prepared food. They managed to deliver the wrong starter which was stone cold. When the main course arrived it too was stone cold. Having refused it my meal was returned some 15 minutes later slightly warmer. Sadly my medium Sirloin was cremated and the meal was generally very very poor. I would avoid this dump like the plague.

Relaxing stay and very good value considering it was absolutely last minute. Very good water pressure and ease of temperature regulation. Nice to be able to open the window (in my ground floor room anyway). Very friendly staff and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
