Do not waste your money by checking into this hotel, night shift front office guy is rude

It was a very good hotel. We had a fantastic stay. All the staff were well-behaved, and the services were good. The only negatives were the bed and mattress.

Location on main road and restaurant was awesum. Staffs were very cooperative. Vikas and shivam in front desk were good. I like the suite room.

Worst experience to stay their. They charge 10% extra for room services. Food was also not good and healthy

The property was good but the bathroom exhaust was not working properly. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Large and spacious rooms in comparison to other hotels at muzaffarpur. All modern amenities available. Good service.

"the service here is very poor. The guard did not allow me to park my car in the parking area and made me park it on the road. After having dinner, i called the reception five times to get the room cleaned, but they did not do it. In the morning, when i entered the bathroom to take a shower, the water ran out, and when i called the reception twice, it took them 30 minutes to start the water again"

Very clean room and good services. Only one problem bed tea is not available before 8. 30 in morning.

Best stay in muzzafarpur. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was also co-operative. The food quality is also amazing.

They take extra charges for dental kit, slippers and shaving kit. Pillow in rooms were having red marks on it. Not hygienic. Worst system. Don’t prefer to visit this hotel.
