I stayed 6 nights in a Standard King Room. The room itself was acceptable for a 2-star hotel, but the service around basic amenities was disappointing.
- No hand soap in the bathroom. I asked several times and was only given shampoo/body-gel bottles, which are not practical for handwashing.
- I requested slippers for 4 days in a row and was told each time they had run out.
- No facial tissues. Staff replaced them with low-quality toilet paper instead.
- The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable for work.
None of these are big requests, but having to ask repeatedly for basics every day made the stay frustrating. The hotel needs to keep simple supplies in stock and follow up on guest requests.
Fine for a short, cheap stay if you bring your own toiletries. I would not book again for a longer stay.
