Sie sind charmant und haben immer noch viele der gleichen Merkmale ihrer neuen Cousins. Dieses Hotel passt zu dieser Beschreibung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem hilfreich. Unser Gästezimmer war ruhig und sauber. Das Badezimmer war für einen großen Kerl wie ich ein wenig klein, aber es blieb beim Eingang spitz. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel mit einer großen Auswahl an Kissen, um sich aufzuspüren, um das farbige Bild auf dem HDTV zu sehen. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Lobby und ein Innenpool, das eine Passage hat, die Sie direkt in den Außenpool führen kann. Der beste Teil dieser Lage ist, dass Starbucks auf der einen Seite des Grundstücks ist und Panera auf der anderen. Diese zwei Einrichtungen machen dies ein sehr bequemer Ort zu bleiben alte oder neue.

Vermeiden Sie die Pest! Hände runter das schlimmste Hotel, das ich je erlebt habe. Online-Buchung über eine Website von Dritten, weil wir letzte Minute einen Platz brauchten. Ich habe da nach 11 in der Nacht. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon gegenüber dem Pool. Es gab viele schmutzige Gäste, die eine Party am Pool hatten. Sehr laut. Wir wollten sofort den Vordertisch anrufen, um sich zu beschweren, aber das Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Ich habe mein Handy anrufen lassen, und die Person am Frontbüro sagte, er wusste, dass die Gäste am Pool vor dem Kurfeu verbleiben, aber sie würden ihm nicht zuhören, wenn er ihnen gesagt hat, den Pool zu verlassen. Er sagte, er würde es noch einmal versuchen. Wir dachten, OK, lass uns eine Dusche machen, und vielleicht bis wir fertig sind, werden sie weg. Gehen Sie zum Bad und wechseln das Licht. Kein Witz, das Überhobenlicht war wie ein Streichlicht in einer Diskothek. Es hätte reichen können, jemanden einen epileptischen Anfall zu geben. Wir wollten nur eine Erstattung beantragen. Wir gingen zum Vordertisch und wandten uns in unsere Schlüssel, und der Kerl sagte, dass jemand unsere Erstattung morgens verarbeiten würde. Nach 4 Tagen, keine Rückerstattung und das Rennen um, wenn wir anrufen, um den Status zu überprüfen. Schrecklich!!! 0 Sternen!

This was probably the nicest Wingate by Wyndham we have ever stayed in. The room was so nice and clean and very modern. It had a beautiful stand alone shower and it even had a little coffee bar and frig and microwave enclosed below. We ask to be close to the elevator and we were right around the corner first room. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and told was where everything was and which way to go without her even asking. I will say this the “breakfast bar” and that is exactly what it was, was very limited but had your basic. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

My first stay with several days and very uneventful. The bed was soft, the shower was good enough. The fridge and microwave were nice since I was staying for work and didn't have a lot of time to go eat. I stayed again the next week, and had a very different experience. Despite having a reservation office staff was very pushy about when I would arrive and if I was still coming- I got two attempts at charging my credit card and two phone calls less than an hour and a half after I made the reservation demanding to know if I still intended to show up or not. Like I could have lost my job for getting repeated phone calls while I was at work, and the whole point of having a reservation is to make sure I have a room when I do get there. Also, I was paying for the room with points so there's no reason they should have been trying to charge me at all and when I demanded to know why they were charging me my answer was well you have a room and we're booked tonight. Yes but I haven't checked in yet and you're not supposed to charge me until I get there even if it wasn't paying with points. Also, The room I was in the second time Was supposed to be the same room type, but the layout was very different and there were no USB plugs which I was counting on so I was unable to charge my cell phone. Despite them being the same kind of king room, one of them had an executive desk in addition to the regular desk, the other had a couch and a desk. So if certain amenities matter make sure you ask when you're getting your room. Also, breakfast was an absolute joke. There's a huge sign on the juice machine chastising you for drinking too much, and the entirety of breakfast is cold cereal, Lego waffles, and bread. So if you want cold cereal or to stand in front of a toaster for a few minutes, you'll be fine but my definition of a continental breakfast generally includes actual hot food. There's also a sign at the check-in desk that if you forgot anything you can very helpfully door Dash it to your room, so apparently the days of oh crap I forgot my toothbrush are long over, which will not be exceptionally helpful if you realize you forgotten something in the middle of the night and those stores are open. Unfortunately, I am a Red Roof Rewards member and travel to Murfreesboro regularly so I will probably stay here again.
