Neue Hotels laufen immer wieder auf. Sie können innovative und prästinenahest antiseptisch sein. Es gibt immer noch einen besonderen Platz für ältere Hotels. Sie sind charmant und haben immer noch viele der gleichen Merkmale ihrer neuen Cousins. Dieses Hotel passt zu dieser Beschreibung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem hilfreich. Unser Gästezimmer war ruhig und sauber. Das Badezimmer war für einen großen Kerl wie ich ein wenig klein, aber es blieb beim Eingang spitz. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel mit einer großen Auswahl an Kissen, um sich aufzuspüren, um das farbige Bild auf dem HDTV zu sehen. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Lobby und ein Innenpool, das eine Passage hat, die Sie direkt in den Außenpool führen kann. Der beste Teil dieser Lage ist, dass Starbucks auf der einen Seite des Grundstücks ist und Panera auf der anderen. Diese zwei Einrichtungen machen dies ein sehr bequemer Ort zu bleiben alte oder neue.

Our recent stay at Embassy Suites Murfreesboro TN. was so bad that we packed up and left before our check out date and went next door to Court Yard Marriott. The suites are filthy and smelly, shower moldy, they are not cleaned often enough and they need a serious update. We usually stay at Hotels with 4 stars and above to avoid the unpleasantness of poor service and poorly maintained hotel. Hilton shows this as a 4.5 star on their site, at best it is a 3 star Hotel and one we would never look at if it were accurately branded. Even other third party online reservations shows this as a 3.5 star hotel. We had 2 reservations rolled into 1 for a 6 night stay. By the 5th night and lack of cleanliness at the hotel we called corporate and left for Court Yard Marriott next door. It was a breath of fresh air literally . Embassy Suites smelled terrible and Marriott was fantastic. We could not get the room at Embassy Suites cleaned daily as requested . All the Front desk would ask in an accusatory manner was did you have the do not disturb on the door. We did not. When they actually (cleaned) the room it was mediocre at best not the service of a 4.5 Star hotel and not what I would expect of a Hilton brand. Twice we returned to the hotel after a long day away only to have to wait for someone to service the room. Trash removal, refill coffee, soap? Is that too much to ask for? If Embassy Suites was unable to provide this service they should have said so. Manage our expectations instead they insinuated it was our fault. This is not my expectation of a 4.5 star Hotel. If I had to compare it to 2 brands we know well, Embassy Suites would be Walmart and Court Yard by Marriott would be Target. I have requested a refund still waiting for someone to get back to me. If you have a stay coming up go to Court Yard they are literally next door to Embassy Suites. Save yourself the hassle.
