Die Zimmer waren sauber, als wir ankamen. Es gab Banner zum Geburtstag meiner Frau und ein Stück Kuchen, das wirklich süß war. Allerdings roch das Zimmer nach Teppich, was verständlich ist, da der Boden damit ausgelegt ist. Ich wünschte nur, es gäbe Lufterfrischer, damit das Zimmer besser riecht. Wir hatten Blick auf den Pool, aber leider war dieser aufgrund der jüngsten Taifuns nicht zugänglich. Das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem und das Beste war, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer richtig funktionierte! Das Frühstücksbuffet war geschmacklich durchschnittlich. Nichts Besonderes. Das Personal war höflich, aber man konnte nicht wirklich das breite Lächeln und die Gastfreundschaft sehen, die ich von anderen Hotels gewohnt bin. Die Sicherheitsleute sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zum ersten Mal einen Aufenthalt im Acacia Hotel gebucht. Als ich unser Zimmer buchte, fragte ich, ob wir einen Jubiläumskuchen oder eine Karte bekommen könnten, und zu unserer Überraschung wurden wir mit diesem Arrangement und Kuchen vom Hotel begrüßt. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unserer Bitte nachgekommen sind! Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachteten, war geräumig und sauber – der einzige Kommentar ist, dass die Beleuchtung etwas zu schwach war (keine weißen Lichter im Zimmer, aber das natürliche Licht vom Fenster half). Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung – die Auswahl an Speisen bestand aus den üblichen Frühstücksgerichten – das Essen wurde jedoch schnell aufgefüllt, was ein Pluspunkt war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Acacia Hotel :)

Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Zweitens war unsere Buchung für 3 Pax, aber das Zimmer -aufgestellt war für zwei. So haben wir Ausstattung für die dritte Person gefragt. Warum erhalten die ersten beiden Gäste „markierte Ausstattung“ während die dritte ein generisches Satz erhält? (Siehe Foto) Andere Dinge Frühstück war gut und war die Highlight des Aufenthalts Pool Zugang war bis 8. So warum können die Stunden nicht für mindestens zwei Stunden für Erwachsene nur verwendet werden ? Der ganze Tag sehen bereits Familien mit Kindern im Pool, so wäre es großartig, einige ruhigere und ruhigere Stunden für Erwachsene nur inmho zu haben

I had a wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that really hit the spot. I also had a great night's sleep—the bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

This was my 3rd stay at the Somerset and it didn't disappoint. In terms of strengths there are a few areas that stand out. 1) Service - The staff are fantastic. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Nothing is too difficult, and I have never encountered anyone whose attitude was less than A+. I was last here 6 years ago and several staff members even remembered me. A special mention to Ross, who is one of the most impressive people I have come across working in a hotel. He is so kind and constantly goes out of his way to improve the experience of the hotel guests. In a place where the standard of service is already so high, it's incredible that he still stands out. The Somerset is so lucky to have him, and I hope that is recognised by management. Also, a special thanks to our housekeeper Ralph. He was so thorough and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. In general, the standard of housekeeping I have had at the Somerset is the best I have experienced. 2) Pool & Gym - The pool is absolutely beautiful. Great place to chill. Infinity style with a good mix of sun and shade. Heaps of sunbeds and days beds. Long enough to do laps if you want and not that busy. The gym is the best I have seen at a hotel. As someone who regularly works out it exceeded my expectations. Most hotel gyms are pretty rubbish, but this one is close to fully equipped. 3) Location - Great spot only 5 minutes' walk from shopping centers and restaurants. No need to take public transport if you stay here. Despite being so central it is pretty calm and quiet, particularly by Manilla standards. 4) Rooms - We stayed in the one bedroom. It was clean, spacious and modern with everything you need for a short-, medium-, or long-term stay. 5) Restaurant - The Onsite restaurant is really good and is actually catered by the chef who operates another very well-known restaurant nearby. We ate here 3 times and found the food both high quality and good value. A big improvement from when I last stayed here 6 years ago. The hotel doesn't have any real weaknesses but there is one opportunity I'd like to highlight that would have brought my experience to the next level. Food Allergy Labelling - I suffer from several food allergies. In western countries most restaurant menus are labelled so people know which food contains different allergens (gluten, dairy, vegan ect). The Philippines in general is terrible for this and having to check and recheck this stuff with restaurant staff is honestly the most stressful part of travelling for me. Considering how many of the hotel's guests are westerners it would be great if the restaurant could add these labels to their menu. Food allergies are very common. It would be easy for the restaurant to do and make a big difference for guests like me. Overall, I had a great stay. Thanks again Somerset Alabang and see you next time.
