Hotel Emerald Inn

Location near to centre and every other location easoly accessible. Room are neat and tidy hot water available for most of the day supportive staffs parking place available food menu limited. Better to look for outside food

We were there during august. The floors at sub-surface level are damp, so the beds and floors! terrible!

The property location is very good as it is near the bus stand and in the city centre through which we can access all the different directions for roaming around in munnar. The food is quite plea-sent for the price range that you are booking. The room was comfortable.

Not a single room has fan or ac. Rooms are very suffocating and stingy and no ventilation is available even in premium rooms. We were expected good rooms as per photo but we are not happy with the room quality.

Bad smell, staff behaviour is very bad worst property in munnar. Stayed there after checking online photos which are totally fake. There’s garbage outside the window and bad smell coming from window. Staff are not polite at all. In the morning we asked for the hot water they said our heater is not working use cold water for shower. One of the member from our group got stuck in the bathroom for half an hour, they have to call carpenters to open the door. Property is really old and not maintained. Not recommended. Total waste of money. Don’t book this property at all.

Worst hotel in munnar. Manager was not co operative. Rooms are different as shown in pics and they gives the basement room.

Not good experience. Dont take basements room. Staff is good but room not well, bathrooms not good and area also.

We stayed for two days. The hotel is looks like 1 start property, it located at nearly 1 km from the city but you cannot come and go without car. Roads are not good. Don't go with your family it's not a standard hotel. Worst thing the photes looks good when you book the hotel but actually nothing is matched up. It's a hostel where the bachelors can stay but definitely not family.

Not worth a single penny. Make my trip should survey before adding hotels and services. Very poor condition of the hotel. Total waste
