Around 3 kms from town. Near rose garden. No food joint near by hotel. Road towards hotel is bumpy ride. Tv at room was not working. No shop for basic required purchase like tooth paste, soaps. Towel is not provided at hotel. Price is too high for this amenities, location.

The stay was nice but all the facilities were not available, i.e. Food , Telephone, WiFi, TV were Partially working, Dine & facilities for children's entertainment were not available. Staff are very co-operative & well behaviour. Their intentions to help the customer anyways. 👍

Decent stay. Bathroom was good. Hot water facilty. First i was given room which was not well conditioned but when shifted to other room on my 2nd day stay, was good.

I had a decent stay at arul mount munnar, munnar. The hotel's location and views were impressive, but the overall experience was marred by some issues. The room service was slow, and the food options were limited. The staff was courteous but could have been more attentive. The amenities were adequate but not exceptional. For the price, i expected more. However, the scenic views and peaceful atmosphere made up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, an average experience. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to excel"

Hotel was in congested area, parking was a huge challenge but the staff were helpful to address the challenge. Room was average but clean. Thanks

Not recommend for families, disappointed. Could not sleep due to light and sound. Bad atmosphere no further. Not providing any food and no hotel nearest to had food. Parking and reaching the hotel also difficult.

I found the location by using a google map. Food was good all services were good. Cheap in price amenities good but vehicle parking was not available. It is only the demerit
