My recent experience at Hotel Toplice was far from satisfactory, primarily due to unfriendly staff and several issues. Despite booking a package for two adults and two children with complimentary accommodation, we were charged for cots for both kids, contradicting our initial agreement. The quality of food was poor, pool towels were unavailable, and the pool water appeared dirty. The hotel suffered from a general lack of staff, and it was evident that the premises urgently require a comprehensive renovation, as it seems to have been neglected for at least 40 years. Overall, our stay was highly unsatisfying, and we have no intention of returning. Unfriendly staff, unexpected charges, subpar food, absent pool towels, and inadequate maintenance significantly impacted our experience. We hope this feedback prompts improvements for future guests.
