Top preis leistungsverhältnis mitten in der innenstadt. Gut zu fuss erreichbar ab hbf. Super freundlicher und herzöicher empfang. Das ganze hotel im gleichen stil und alles sehr sauber. Würde jederzeit wieder da buchen. Herzlichen dank ans gesamte team

Wir waren zweimal in der Bar/ Restaurant, hat uns sehr gut gefallen tolles Ambiente netter Service kleine Karte aber das Essen ist sehr gut. hatten eine Anti Pasti Platte mit sehr gut schmeckenden Zutaten, gute Qualität. Gute vielfältige Drinks! Angenehmes Publikum. Konsequente Hygiene Kontrollen. Immer eine Empfehlung!

Haben ein tolles Mädels-Wochenende in München verbracht. Hotel Lux in München ist nicht nur wegen der sehr guten Lage einmalig. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und tiptop. Die Champagnerbar im Erdgeschoss etwas ganz besonderes. Sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichnete Cocktails - per Klingel kann man ein Glas Champagner bestellen - sehr originell. Aber einzigartig - da sind wir uns einig - war Maya an der Rezeption des Hotels. Fröhlich, freundlich, herzlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit - man musste sie sofort gern haben. Wir kommen !

If you want a cozy, comfy hotel located in the heart of old town Munich, Hotel Lux is the place to stay. Almost anything you want to see is located within walking distance. If it’s not, the U-bahn and the S-bahn are easily accessible in the Marienplatz right around the corner. Sure, there’s some noise at night from the bar downstairs, but it’s not bad and we slept well. In the mornings, we had a gourmet breakfast in the bar and it was incredible. The hosts are super sweet and will help you with anything you need. The next time we are in Munich, we won’t consider staying anywhere other than Hotel Lux.

Lovely boutique hotel. Perfect location. I searched for a mid price, well reviewed, walking distance from Marienplatz, hotel and was delighted with our choice. Easy walk from the subway, friendly English checkin, cozy bar, clean room, comfortable bed, bright windows and coffee! Yes we knew it had no elevator and we intentionally traveled with backpacks, not suitcases for the trip. The 4 flights up the circular staircase weren’t daunting but we didn’t do them any more than we had too. We had a delightful stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff are excellent. From checking in on Christmas and meeting Katharina to our departure three days later —- all hotel staff were kind, caring, and helpful. We arrived at around 8:00 pm on Christmas and Katharina had put a bottle of wine and water in our rooms as a thoughtful gift. Morning staff were also very friendly— making custom coffee drinks included in a nice made to order breakfast. The BUT and average rating is because as others have mentioned this hotel has no elevator, no front desk, noise (a LOT on weekends), and, in some rooms, the smallest bathrooms humanly possible. The location, wonderful staff, and price make this a hotel option for some but not everyone.

Absolutely brilliant location. Smack back by Marienplatz, the Market, Hofbrauhaus -and stacks of bars, restaurants and other tourist sites. Ready close to U-Bahn station too so very easy to get around Munich. Room was quite small but compensated by location. No aircon or lift. Bar staff were very helpful.

Great staff, very welcoming, and PERFECT location. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was a great value for this part of town. Can walk to practically everything! Had to climb some steps but no problem and would certainly stay here again!
