We were in Muncie for a funeral and stayed three nights at this hotel. The only reason we stayed here was because we had a free night coming from BW, so we only paid for 2 out of the 3 nights. It was still overpriced. Check-in was easy and the room seemed clean. The room seemed hot and I checked the AC and it was set on 72. I turned down the AC as low as it would go, but the room never seemed cool the entire stay. The towels were sparse and a little rough. We had no shampoo, but we had 2 conditioners. The worst part by far was the ”Free Breakfast” The so called ”scrambled eggs” were the worst I have ever seen. They actually seemed to be made of rubber, My wife refused to eat them after she had her first bite. There are many hotels in Muncie that are just as average with better pricing. Let's just say, we won't be back

Stayed here for a convention. I had an issue when checking into my room that the corridoor and my room stank of ***** / *********. I was moved to another room, further along the corridor, but this wasn't much better. The staff member I spoke to about this didn't seem to be that concerned. This was on the top floor and the smell was coming through the aircon system at the far end of the corridor where the stair well leading to the roof was. I can only assume that access to the roof where the air intake vents for the aircon units is restricted to staff only and that someone was on the roof smoking ***** (illegal in the state of Indiana) When I returned to my room that evening the smell still lingered but by morning it had gone. However, I feel that this should have been taken more seriously. The carpets in the lifts looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks and the edges of the carpets in all areas looked like they'd never been cleaned, just pure lazyness, if the hover can't get to it then don't bother attitude. The bar attached to the venue offered a great selection of food and drinks and was one of the better places in town. The starbucks in reception was good, although opening times were limited to a few hours morning and evening. The rooms where big and comfortable, but are showing their age with worn furniture and bits broken here and there. Room service / Cleaning of rooms was non-existant. You had to ask for service. It wasn't even provided every other day as advertised. I heard one gentleman complaining that even though he'd asked every day, it was day 4 and his room still hadn't been cleaned. I've attached a picture of one of my towels! frayed and threadbare. It wasn't the usual Marriott standard I'm used to and I wasn't even aknowledged as an Gold Elite.

Dieses Hotel hat schlechte Einrichtungen, keine Aufzüge, und der Koffer muss in den zweiten Stock gehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr schlecht, nichts kann essen, das WLAN-Signal ist sehr schlecht, oft gibt es kein Signal im Netzwerk, die Umgebung ist immer noch ruhig. Der Preis ist günstig, man kann nicht zu viel verlangen. Die Matratze ist sehr dick und es ist sehr angenehm zu schlafen. Es gibt immer noch ein Problem, die Qualität der Toilettenartikel ist relativ schlecht.

Das Hotel ist sauber, komfortabel Betten. Die neuen Fernbedienungsgeräte für Wärme/Ak sind awesome!! Kann das Niveau von dem Bett anpassen, keine Notwendigkeit, zu steigen und zu senken oder die Temperatur zu erhöhen! Das Bewegungsdetektorlicht im Badezimmer war auch awesome. Ich war nicht sicher, was mit dem Waffelmaker für das Frühstücksgebiet passiert ist, aber es war vermisst, so habe ich einen Waffel verpasst. Sie hatten Getreide und Toast, aber ich habe nur Kaffee und die Weidereien, die wir bei Meijer gekauft haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bekommen unsere Anfrage für eine späte checkout.

Das ist ein tolles Hotel, um mit der Familie zu bleiben und die Einrichtungen oder tolle jeder ist freundlich der Service ist auch sehr toll haben alles, was Sie brauchen ist sehr sauber Haustier freundlich Schwimmbad Gewichtsraum heißes Frühstück am Morgen in allen Mitarbeitern hier sind Ich würde dieses Hotel an jemanden empfehlen, wenn Sie etwas brauchen.

Ich war in der Stadt für Volleyball mit meiner Tochter. Dieses Zimmer hatte ein komfortables Bett, einen schönen Stuhl und Raum zu bewegen. (Ich habe in den 3 Hotels in der Nähe hier vor kurzem geblieben) Das Badezimmer war eine anständige Größe und viel Wasserdruck. Die erste Nacht gab es einen interessanten Mann, der alle 5 Minuten aus seinem Zimmer geht und lasst Dinge von ca. 9:30 bis Mitternacht. Es gab auch eine Party im Halle, aber sie waren nicht zu laut. Die zweite Nacht, die wir in unser Zimmer zurückkehrten, war die ganze 2. Etage mit Rauch überschwemmt. Wir setzen Handtücher und Zeitungen um unsere Lücken in die Tür, um zu versuchen, den Geruch von dem Auskommen aus dem Zimmer About Mitternacht habe ich den Vordertisch über den Rauch Geruch gerufen besorgt, dass ich für eine Reinigungsgebühr gezahlt werden könnte, seit mein Zimmer geräuchert. Das Front Desk sagte, sie würden es aussehen. Ich sah jemanden, der ein paar Minuten später durch meine Tür ging. Am 2:05am hatte ich einen Schlag auf meiner Tür. Ich hatte Angst, als wir schliefen. Der gehütete Mann an meiner Tür sagte, es tut mir leid, falsches Zimmer und ging weiter auf ein paar weitere, bis er die Party über den Hall fand. Ich fühle mich schlecht schreiben, da das Zimmer schön war, das Frühstück war anständig (für Covid) und die Lage und die Rate waren perfekt. Beachten Sie, dass diese Unterkunft sehr viel Aufregung hat. Vielleicht bitten Sie um einen ruhigen Boden.
