The Retreat Hotel & Convention Centre

Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

One of the worst properties I have ever come across, for starters the smell is unbearable, followed by abnoctiously rude staff. Followed by bad service and an awful, dinner and breakfast spread, the bread had fungus which the staff refused to acknowledge. Staff member named Rahil at the reception was highly unprofessional and infact he is the one who urged me to write this review stating, please go ahead and write wherever, whatever you wish to.

The best place to visit all the staff members are good and friendly special thanks to osden fom and room service who makes sure everything goes well and my stay is comfortable good location and food.

The hotel is a comfortable place to stay. The swimming pool is well maintained . Did not see a pool attendant for the 2 hrs we used the pool though. Archi at the check in was very welcoming and extremely quick to do her job. Was efficient at check out as well. There was no information of the complimentary hi tea any where in our reservation confirmation also was not informed on arrival. Got to know the same by room service when I tried to order tea late afternoon. Food overall quality is good. Had ala carte lunch in the coffee shop which was pretty good and service was brilliant. The (female) captain at the coffee shop was extremely courteous. Ordered dinner from room service which was very good and served hot. ***av was excellent at breakfast service. Room HK- Requested an HK staff for evening service when was near the elevator . She just got the bathroom touched up and placed fresh towels. It would be a nice gesture to touch up the bed as well. Wanted to meet the GM for a feedback on a safety issue which i had on mind. I was informed that he was not available and hence met the Lobby ***ager. The glass table tops in the entire hotel ( guest rooms , coffee shop etc) have extremely sharp edges. Considering that you cater to so ***y families this is an area of safety concern with children around the hotel specifically the ones who are as tall as your table tops. Never heard back from the GM on the feedback despite leaving back my credentials. not sure if feed back was taken constructively. Over all good place to stay

We stayed over a weekend with family and opted for breakfast and dinner package and I must say, our stay was awesome. They hospitality of entire staff (reception, housekeeping, waiters) was very good. We enjoyed their complimentary retreat club (games and sauna). Food is amazing, will a lot of option to eat. I must specially thank Mr. Anuroop who helped us in booking process and made sure our stay was smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay within the Mumbai city.

I LIKED THE POOL I didn't like the lack of food variety , location away from civilization, and most of the time bad smile of dried fish.

Had a very good experience with a serene atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional service in all areas. Meals served by the expert chefs add a touch to the mouth watering menu. Front office mgr Mr. Osyden and his team were quite supportive and had a friendly welcome on board. Best wishes to the TEAM and supportive staff from each department.

It's a nice experience. I am with my family. All staff are nice. The property is good. I completely enjoy the stay. Excellent service from especially Front office Sadiq was very helpful. I appreciate their service.

Ambience is great. The food is delicious. Beautiful experience here, very polite staff. specially sadiq from front desk ,Great service by sadiq at reception.love the warm gesture by all. Must come back for sure.
