Dragonfly Hotel- the Art Hotel

Stayed one night at the Dragonfly Hotel before flying back to the UK. The location of the hotel is perfect for the international airport, 10 mins by Uber. If you intend on taking a trip to the Gateway of India/Taj Palace be prepared for a long drive. We made the mistake of making the trip at peak time which took 70 minutes. The return trip to the Oberoi Mall took nearly 140 minutes!!! Plan your trip wisely, the Uber driver advised that it can be done in as little as 30 minutes if you avoid peak times. We were efficiently checked in on arrival and also received a complimentary upgrade to the Premium Smart Rooms which were amazing. Massive rooms with all the technology you could want. The hotel also had excellent wi-fi even on the 7th floor where we were. My only issue was the lack of body wash/shower gel, but I think that might have been a case of lost in translation. Everything else in the room was perfect. Breakfast was mostly Indian fare, but you could order eggs, so there is an option for those that can’t stomach spice first thing in the morning. Also, only Indian tea was available at breakfast, but there were teabags in the rooms. Check out was equally smooth and the hotel has a nice pickup spot for Ubers etc. I would highly recommend The Dragonfly and when returning to Mumbai I will likely book again.

I booked a stay at the Dragonfly Hotel, and upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was occupied by illegal immigrants from the third world, funded by the government! All with taxpayers' money!! All of dragonfly hotel around UK is same.!!!

Great hotel very neat and clean. Behavior that is respectful and considerate of other people. Great location

Stay in dragonfly was really good. Everyone was cooperative, room was excellent, service was quick!

I only have good things to say about this place. Stayed in a double room on my own. Everything was very clean, bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.
