Felix Residence

we stayed at the Felix Residence for a week June 12-19th, my wife and I. We booked it through #Olympic Holidays. Firstly the good points, lovely gardens, very comfy sleeping area in our room, the views from our terrace, the actual swimming pool itself. The Hotel was sold on a self catering basis, but with the Hotel offering Breakfast, pool bar, and snacks at the pool bar. On arrival we did notice that it was situated up a rather large steep hill, and not a lot of amenities near by. First morning up made our way down to where we thought breakfast may be served only to find that the pool bar area was shut down. We asked a guy that was tending to the gardens where was breakfast please? he dialed a number on his mobile and handed it to my wife who was told very bluntly NO breakfast finished! Now this Hotel is classed by Olympic Holidays as 4 torches, or 4*. Next we had the Sunbeds, 10 in total! between 6/7 were damaged ripped not fit for purpose really and definitely not 4* No pool towel service. A lot of the tiles around the pool we cracked broken and lifting in places. The self catering area in our room was tiny!! space dominated by the sink. The only large knife we had was dangerously blunt! trying to cut a lime or lemon was a task in itself. It was a steep walk down and up to the supermarket! Be warned if you have walking difficulties then this is not the place for you! It was not recommended that you hire a car, due to its location by Olympic Holidays. Most other tour operators put this in there description. The day before our last I went through one of the sunbeds, and one collapsed on my wife. All these things taken into consideration if I would have known before hand I would never have booked this accommodation. We always book where there is breakfast, and some facilities around the pool. We have stayed in Kefalonia before, also Skiathos many times, and some of the larger Greek islands, so we do know quite a bit about Greek Holidays.

this definitely is a hidden little gem. perfect for heading off to various beaches if you are planning to travel or just as perfect to chill out by the beautiful pool and relax. it was so peaceful and quiet we really enjoyed our stay here. we have the studio room with a large terrace which was very spacious but we quaint and cute. both Hugh and Efi welcomed us and made us feel very welcome. we would recommend the felix and plan to come back soon. dave and caroline

The apartments are set in beautiful gardens in a relatively convenient location (the area is very hilly so car recommended). Our garden apartment had a very spacious terrace overlooking the decent sized pool and panoramic views over the sea a mile or so away. The apartments themselves are simply furnished with basic cooking facilities and a comfortable decent sized bed. Kept spotlessly clean with regular changes of sheets and towels. Special thanks to Hugh the manager who was extremely helpful throughout our stay with lots of ideas for places to visit, sorted out taxi for us on arrival and departure and a hire care. Kindly allowed us a very late check out to save us having to hang around at the airport for 11pm flight. Continental breakfasts are huge at just 7 euros and a real bargain. Mini market and four restaurants within walking distance. Great place to relax and chill out.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The hotel is situated to make the most of the views of the stunning scenery, the gardens and pool are better than the photos can portray. The apartment was beautifully clean, the best beds we've ever slept on. The walk to the beach makes the most these views but the walk back was tough even though we would consider ourselves fit so would recommend transport. What made the holiday super special were the hosts Eft, Lucia and Hugh - thanks for everything you truly were amazing. It was hard to leave !

Ci dirottano qui per problemi alla precendente struttura che non poteva riceverci. Struttura gestita da una coppia, lui italiano, gentilissimi e disponibili. Struttura rinnovata rispetto alle immagini esterne di TripAdvisor. Per noi è stato un upgrade e non si fatica a capirne il motivo, pulita e impeccabile.

Siamo stati al Residence Felix con un gruppo di 26 amici (famiglie). La struttura è molto bella e ben curata, con tutti i confort per assicurare una permanenza piacevole e rilassante. Pulizia, ordine e squisita accoglienza caratterizzano l'incantevole residence con ottima vista panoramica sul mare verso l'isola di Zante. La posizione geografica permette di spostarsi in quasi tutte le spiagge dell'isola con facilità e in tempi ragionevoli (considerando la viabilità dell'isola). I proprietari si sono resi disponibili per venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza con cortesia e professionalità. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo ad amici e conoscenti e se ci sarà l'occasione torneremo volentieri.
