Es ist sicher eines der besten Hotels wo ich in Vietnam geschlafen habe. Speziell die Freundlichkeit war einmalig. Frau Sarah in der Rezeption muss ich hier hervorheben. Das Zimmer was ich zuerst bekommen habe war von der Klimaanlage etwas laut, Sie hat es mir sofort gegen ein anderes getauscht und noch dazu einen Upgrade auf die Bergseite durchgeführt. Auch das tolle Frühstücksangebote muss ich noch erwähnen , von Internationaler bis Vietnamesischer Küche war alles in Topqualität vorhanden. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Sapa kommen ist es sicher meine erste Wahl.

Obwohl das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts nicht mitspielte, war unser Aufenthalt im Pistachio Hotel fantastisch. Es liegt nahe genug am Stadtzentrum von Sapa (Zugang über den ersten Stock). Die Rezeption befindet sich im 6. Stock.
Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir nicht viel mit ihm zu tun hatten. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, bekamen beim Einchecken aber ein Upgrade auf das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon. Schade, dass wir keine Aussicht genießen konnten, da es während unserer 2 Nächte dort neblig war. Wir konnten uns die Aussicht nur vorstellen. Wir konnten auch die Seilbahnschienen von der Sapa-Station zur Seilbahnstation sehen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr modern.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Hotelfrühstück ist auch schön. Das Hotel stellt Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, falls es regnet (je nach Verfügbarkeit). Der Infinity-Pool sah aus, als wäre er fantastisch, wenn nur das Wetter mitspielen würde! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

A Memorable Stay at Pao’s Sapa
I recently stayed at Pao’s Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient.
I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in DelaSol. Wir haben ein Bergblick mit Balkon reserviert und die Aussicht war erstaunlich und atmen nehmen. Es gab für uns komplimentäre Nachmittagsthee, wir werden definitiv in diesem Hotel bleiben, wenn wir Sapa wieder besuchen.

Schönes Hotel - Service lässt Raum für Verbesserungen
Wir kamen früh an und teilten dem Hotel etwa 10 Tage vorher mit, dass wir um 4 Uhr morgens ankommen würden.
Ich rief die Rezeption an, die mich aufforderte, etwa 50 m zu Fuß zu gehen, mir aber nicht klar war, in welche Richtung es gehen soll. Nach 30 Minuten schickte er einen Buggy, um uns abzuholen.
Ein häufiges Thema ist, dass manche Mitarbeiter nicht kommunizieren, wenn sie etwas nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können. Sie nicken nur und es ist wirklich schwer zu erkennen, ob sie etwas tun werden oder nicht. Lassen Sie mich einfach wissen, dass Sie es nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können – auch auf Vietnamesisch! Zumindest kann ich es selbst übersetzen.
Nach drei Stunden Wartezeit in der eiskalten Lobby erklärte Lala den Vorgang und gab uns Klarheit über die nächsten Schritte. Sie war so freundlich, ein Upgrade vorzunehmen, da ich Geburtstag hatte und langsame Saison war, was ich sehr schätzte.
Lala ist ein Juwel – sie kam vorbei und danach verlief alles wirklich reibungslos. Sie war fröhlich und klar in ihrer Kommunikation. Sie gab nützliche Empfehlungen und machte deutlich, was sie tun konnte und was nicht. Sie war wirklich großartig und wir haben ihre Hilfe sehr geschätzt.
Alles in allem ein gutes, sauberes Hotel – etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber das ist gut so.
Die Einrichtungen sind gut und reichlich vorhanden – Sie müssen wahrscheinlich nicht einmal in die Stadt fahren.
Der Umgang mit den meisten Mitarbeitern, bis auf eine Handvoll, ist recht schwierig, da sie sich weigern, schlechte Nachrichten zu überbringen oder zu sagen, dass sie etwas nicht wissen.

Ich glaube, der Standort liegt etwa 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sapa entfernt. Vielmehr war es ruhig, da es abseits des Bahnhofs lag. Auch die Aussicht war sehr schön. Auch wenn die Sauberkeit im Detail Mängel aufweist, wird dies durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals wettgemacht. Alle sind wirklich freundlich. Auch das Frühstück am Morgen war wirklich lecker!
Bei meiner nächsten Reise möchte ich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wenn Sie Englisch sprechen, wird es kein Problem geben.
Ich war frustriert, weil ich nicht sowohl Englisch als auch Vietnamesisch sprechen konnte.
Das Personal störte das überhaupt nicht und versuchte zu helfen.
Für Busreservierungen, Tickets für die Region Sapa usw. ist alles gesorgt.
Auch ein Motorradverleih ist im Hotel möglich.
Der Standort befindet sich am Eingang zum Cat Cat Village, sodass Sie bergauf laufen müssen, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber das Problem ist, dass die Schalldämmung sehr schlecht ist.

The hotel is so peaceful with nice view. The breakfast is good. The hotel reception is very helpful. Buying tickets for the Fansipan Mountain trip, Currency Exchange and may be also motor bike rental for driving around the city can be made via Hotel Reception.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden, ich hatte das Hotel einen Monat vor der Reise nach Vietnam reserviert, aber als wir an das Hotel angekommen, konnten sie unsere Reservierung nicht finden und lassen Sie uns fast eine Stunde warten.
Es regnete die Nacht, die wir dort waren und es gab eine Überschwemmung in unserem Schlafzimmer am Morgen, die ich denke, es leckt aus dem Balkon, die Mitarbeiter bot uns ein anderes Zimmer, aber wir schauen fast aus, es schon 10.00 sind also wir nur dieses Zimmer verwendet getrocknet.
Die Landschaft sollte sehr schön sein, wenn Sie Glück haben, dass es nicht zu viel Schatten und Regen am Tag, an dem Sie bleiben.

FFelixDas Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Sun Plaza (Startpunkt Fansipan Zug / Seilbahn) und ist zentral gelegen.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und es gab neben lokalen Gerichten auch internationales Frühstück. Im Restaurant kann man zudem den ganzen Tag sehr lecker essen. Ich empfehle den frischen Ingwer Tee (gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein „Gamechanger“)
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ich hatte ebenfalls einen Balkon mit einem tollen Ausblick.
Sapa ist bekannt für seine tollen Wanderrouten. Der Manager des Hotels Mr. TinTin hat mir ein paar gute Tipps gegeben und mich am ersten Morgen zu einer Wanderung zu einem tollen Ort für den Sonnenaufgang gebracht. Leider waren meine Tage dort mit viel Nebel geprägt, weshalb ich definitiv nochmals zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit kommen muss.

LLee TinWe booked the Deluxe Room With Mountain View And Balcony n was given room G102 located one floor below reception. You can see the train moving n has an overall view of the sapa retreat hotel if i remember correctly. Check out the lovely pictures captured during sunrise. Lovely hues can be see in clear skies.
Our stay was on 12-13 Jan n unfortunately the monorail n fansipan was closed for maintenance. But weather was sunny n clear. And we actually caught a glimpse of the train for seconds when they were testing it!
It was very cold n the hotel has got Airconditioner that works both ways but the heating function wasn’t strong enough. We asked for extra heating n they brought us a standing heater that helps to only keep one person warm. So we just put on warm clothes n slept with blankets on. I was prepared as I read the reviews.
Reception counter staff were all helpful n friendly. Mostly smiling ☺️ n good to see.
The ladies in the restaurant are less smiley but they still try to help with your needs.
Hotel has water heater so u could take your hot shower but the bathroom was very airy n big. So you’ll feel cold very soon.
Bed n bedding was good n we caught the beautiful sunrise hues.
We ate both lunch and breakfast from their restaurant mam. Both are yummy. Breakfast was soo goood and u choose from a menu what u like. They will prepare it from their kitchen upon your order.
The hotel values their guests and have a cute postcard from sapa yen hotel with a personal touch on the letter. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this to all.

WWinson G.I had an amazing stay at Sapa Dragon Hotel, especially as a solo traveler visiting Vietnam for the first time. I didn’t have a set itinerary when I arrived in Sapa and was unsure what to do, but the host was incredibly caring, friendly, and helpful. She immediately made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me plan my days, even booking activities for me. Her hospitality truly made my trip special. One of the highlights was her homemade Bun Cha for breakfast—absolutely delicious!
The hotel itself has a really warm, cozy vibe, making it feel like home right away. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Sapa Station, which is a strategic location for accessing attractions around town. Plus, there are several massage shops nearby—perfect for unwinding after a day of trekking. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sapa Dragon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

GGastnutzerThe staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.

EEunice MarginelOur stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because.
Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby)

GGuest UserIch habe das Familienzimmer mit Ballon reserviert. Das Zimmer ist groß, mit einem Königsbett, es hat einen Trennschrank, dann ein Bulkbett. So ist es sehr gut für 4 Pax zu bleiben.
Das Bett ist komfortabel, nicht weich und für mich.
Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Sapa-Markt und dem Busbahnhof. Wenn Sie lokale Dinge wie Nüsse kaufen möchten, ist es sehr bequem.
Um zu Fuß zu Sun Plaza (Spa Station) und es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés, ist es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Sapa ist eine kleine Stadt, so dass Sie nicht verloren werden.

GGastnutzerFansipan View Hotel is highly recommended! We had an amazing stay.. the view is awesome. The staffs are accommodating, speak good english, and assisted us greatly! The location is good as it is near to different attractions, 1 min walk away to Moana Sapa. You can walk or ride their toktok, grab, or private cabins.
The foods are so good!!
Amenities are well-maintained and very neat.
I will come back to this hotel, when I visit Vietnam again!

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Lage wird in der Nähe des Hauptzentrums Sapa betrachtet, wo die Straße nach links nach dem Ausflug aus dem Hotel, schöne Dampfboot und bbq, Massage-Parlour, Clubs, Orte zum Trinken in der Nacht und Sapa Markt sind gelegen, Fußwege Höhe 10 bis 15 Minuten. Es ist auch 10 Minuten entfernt, indem Sie in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs gehen, um für diejenigen, die den Schlafbus zurück nach Hanoi nehmen.
Das Hotel ist schön, mit Bergen, aber während des Aufenthalts ein wenig düster. Sonneneingang direkt in den Zimmer am Morgen.
Das Hotelpersonal ist genügend freundlich, um für den Transport zu den interessanten Orten in Sapa ohne zusätzliche Kosten zu arrangieren, ist die Zahlung 100% an den Fahrer.
Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es keinen Aufzug, alle Gepäck und Gegenstände müssen mit dem Flug von Treppen neben dem Hotel und in der offenen Umgebung ohne Dach/Schatten, wenn es sicherlich nass. Aber das Hotel bietet eine Schattenschilder und das Hotelpersonal wird bei der Anbringung des Gepäcks helfen.
Das Hotel selbst befindet sich auch auf einem Aufzug, bevor es die Lobby erreicht.
Warmwasserdusche nur bis zu 15 Minuten, dann beginnt das Wasser zu kalt, nicht gut für kaltes Wetter als solche.

GGastnutzerWir haben im Hotel für 3 Nächte geblieben, Die Lage ist gut. Sehr nahe am nahe gelegenen See, Busterminal und der Notre Dame Kirche.
Ich reservierte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick, aber nicht zugewiesen wurde, wenn wir ins Zimmer geprüft wurden, obwohl sie uns auf verbaler Antrag ins Zimmer mit Stadtblick auf dem zweiten Stock übertragen.
Leider erkennen wir, dass der Weg in dieses Zimmer als gelagerte Fläche von einigen unbenutzten Betten verwendet wird, was bei der Wanderung auf diesem Weg ins Zimmer ziemlich unbehaglich ist.
Das Komfortzimmer braucht auch einige Reparaturen und Verbesserungen. Mit einem rustigen und abgelegenen Handtuch hängend in der Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer selbst ist OK, aber hat einen defekten Türknopf.
Auf unserer letzten Nacht des Aufenthalts konnten wir nicht schlafen, weil wir im Hotel kontinuierlich Geräusche erkannten, von denen wir nicht erkannten, woher das Geräusch stammt.
Praktisch empfehlen wir dieses Hotel noch für diejenigen, die Reisen nach Sa Pa planen
