GGastnutzerThe lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

QQIXINDer Parkplatz ist groß, im Freien und kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Dekoration ist ziemlich alt. Der Service insgesamt ist gut. Es liegt am Rande der Stadt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es ist sicher.

Jjalynn smithDie Anlage war sauber, meine Familie genossen den Aufenthalt. Der einzige untere Fall ist, dass Sie dort zusätzlich zu bezahlen müssen, um dort Frühstück zu essen und dort WiFi zu benutzen.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war erstaunlich sehr respektvoll Personal das Zimmer war erstaunlich Einrichtungen waren auch sehr nahe zu vielen Orten, um Lebensmittel zu Fuß entfernt ein kleiner kleiner Ermessen der Türkette geschlossen wurde, aber keine große andere als das ich hoch empfehlen dieses Hotel und ich würde dort wieder bleiben

徐徐Der Einrichtungsstil des Hotels ist sehr gut und sehr aufmerksam, die Zimmeranlage ist auch relativ groß, d.h. ich weiß nicht wie ich die Zimmerkategorie bei der Buchung unterscheiden soll, die Zimmerkategorie fühlt sich im Nebengebäude an, sieht aus wie ein Motel aus dem Draußen ist das Fenster der Hotelparkplatz, dann ist draußen Highspeed, etwas laut, das Zimmer wird im Haupthaus besser sein

GGastnutzerSo close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot.
It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good.
Staff was great, food was fine and served fast.
On the down side one two items:
1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh
2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

GGuest UserDies war die dritte Reise durch Albuquerque und wir haben immer im Microtel geblieben. Zimmer sind großartig. Kühlschrank. kontinentales Frühstück. Alles ist schrecklich.
