I had been a regular guest for this property, & in past have written quite a few highly positive reviews or other platforms regarding Elite Hotel. This time, I was allotted a backside corner room having very bad & low WiFi connection. Their standard of Complimentary Breakfast has detoriated to max extent now & therefore I thought of mentioning the fact this time. According to me, no one gives free breakfast & the cost is always hidden in the room tarriff. The last but a very important issue I must mention here that a qtr bottle of spirit was charged Rs.100 more than the MRP. I really don't know, how can someone do this when the shop is next door & the owner is same. Because of cleanliness issue I brought in, in front of management in my earlier visits, they took care of this point. Thank you to Mr. Rohit for the same. one more thing rhat I didn't like was they charging 2% addition for any payment made through credit card. Encountered an obnoxious smelling Manager in the breakfast table when he came for feedback. .Finally to mention - the staffs managing the property, specially the from the Restaurant remained courteous as usual.
