Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.

I am really happy to stay in this hotel. It feels like a hidden gem with affordable prices in Qingdao, and I really enjoy staying here. It is very convenient to reach the hotel by Metro (West Coast Line) from Chaoyangshan Station; exit from Exit D, then walk to the connected underground entrance of the department store, and continue to the hotel. The room is clean with a modern decor, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean as well. All necessary amenities are provided in the room, including a kitchen area and a refrigerator. I am really happy to stay here for several days, and it is easy to travel around. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Bett war weich und alles war neu. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Da ich zum Spielen rausgegangen bin und früh gegangen bin und spät zurückgekommen bin, habe ich nur Fotos von der Lobby gemacht. Ich habe noch ein paar Fotos gemacht, die ich beiläufig gemacht habe. Besonders loben möchte ich die Dame an der Rezeption, die so nett ist! Die Chefin ist eine sehr direkte Person. Es hat Spaß gemacht, mit ihr zu plaudern. Empfehlenswert! !

Es ist ein altes Hotel. Der Knopf der Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht. Man muss ihn jedes Mal mehrmals drücken, sonst spült es ständig. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose auf der einen Seite des Bettes und das Aufladen auf der anderen Seite ist umständlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Bett ist relativ hart. Der Preis ist in dieser Gegend relativ günstig. Freunden mit einem höheren Budget wird empfohlen, in neueren Hotels zu übernachten, die komfortabler sind. Die Toilette ist relativ klein und man hat das Gefühl, sich nicht umdrehen zu können. Duschgel und Shampoo werden nicht gut benutzt. Sie fließen beim Auftragen auf den Körper leicht ab. Das merkt man nach der Benutzung. Das Barbecue unten ist köstlich und der Preis ist durchschnittlich. Es ist nicht billig, aber man kann es auch nicht als teuer bezeichnen. Die U-Bahn-Station ist ganz in der Nähe, aber man braucht auch nur etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn ich das nächste Mal komme, werde ich nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe am Meer, kann man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum zweiten Meeresplatz gehen, umgeben von grünen Pflanzen und das Gefühl, in einem großen Garten zu leben. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Isolierung des Tons nicht sehr gut ist.
