Family getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

I really like the hotel and its location in the heart of the jungle, when you are surrounded by the forest and the sounds of nature. A wonderful place where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, watch the stars at night and even in the rain you can sleep well and relax. I liked the friendly staff and it was a big plus that it was fashionable to stay with our four-legged friend😀 Have beautiful roads for walk👍

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

Ein verstecktes Gem in Süd Kunshan – Wirklich der beste Heimaufenthalt in China 🌿🏡 Unser Aufenthalt in Huaxi Yuguwei Mountain Residences in Süd Kunshan war eine absolute Freude. Von der Ankunftszeit waren wir von der unglaublich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiterin herzlich willkommen, die wirklich aus ihrem Weg gehen, um jeden Gast sich bequem und sorgfältig zu machen. Das Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war sehr geräumig, mit gemütlichen Betten und einem privaten Balkon mit erstaunlichen Blick auf die Berge und die friedliche Rückseite des Grundstücks ein perfektes Entkommen in die Natur. Das Küchenteam war erstaunlich, ständig uns frisches, aromatisches Essen mit großer Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und Geschmack serviert. Jedes Essen fühlte sich wie es nur für uns gemacht wurde. Ein weiteres bedenkliches Anliegen war die WeChat-Gruppe, die von den Gastgebern geschaffen wurde, die alle Mitarbeiter umfasste. Sie machte die Kommunikation unschädlich und ermöglichte ihnen, noch effizienter, personalisierter Service zu bieten. Obwohl das Eigentum in der Natur gepflastert ist, sind Geschäfte und Restaurants nur ein 15-minute Fahren weg, so war die Komfort nie ein Problem. Ohne Zweifel, dies ist die beste Erfahrung mit dem Heimweg, den ich in China hatte. Ich werde sicherlich zurückkehren nicht nur für den Komfort und den Service, sondern für den Frieden, Entspannung und die Nähe zur Natur, die dieser Ort bietet. Sehr empfohlen! 🌸🌄

Die Hotelumgebung ist sauber und die Einrichtungen sind völlig sauber und sauber. Wir treffen uns mit Regen, wenn wir aufhalten. We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

我們訂的是私湯房，先説優點：房間非常大，除了雙床，還有一個榻榻米房；雖然設施舊，但是整體挺乾淨；遇到的每一個員工的服務態度都很好；私湯房在裏面，但是有接送車，地下停車場有充電樁；房間有免費的水果和飲料；説是衹有兩池水，但是衹要不揮霍，放好水之後緩慢地放熱水，晚上和早上温泉池至少可以保持兩個多小時的熱水。再説缺點：公共泡池本身挺好，但是至少一半沒開，五一假期；員工很少，打電話去前台請求接送無人接聽；私湯花園超級多大蝸牛和蚊子；能清楚聽到隔壁房間在花園説話。總的來説，酒店硬件沒問題，但是缺乏維護。私湯房性價比高，比較值得再去，普通客房的話不如其它温泉酒店。
