專門來隆江鎮吃豬腳飯，想住的好點，就定了麓楓酒店。房間乾淨無異味，採光和視野都不錯，衞浴使用便捷，洗澡居然還能配幾首舒緩的音樂，真是頭一次體驗到。早上的豬雜粉也不錯，服務人員耐心友善，細節之處盡顯用心。位置方便，V出行方便，整體設施齊全，體驗感滿分

Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

Für Reisende mit Waschbedürfnissen ist das eigene Waschzimmer ein Rettungsmittel, die Ausstattung ist komplett und bequem; Und das Fitnesszimmer des Hotels ist auch sehr leistungsfähig, die Ausrüstung ist reich und kann jederzeit schweiden und dynamisch bleiben. Die Serviceleistung am Empfangsbüro war die mir am meisten bewegende. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Es war gerade der Regen, als die Wagen aus dem Auto kamen. The location is perfect with a full suite of amenities right beside the hotel, ranging from hypermarkets, shopping centre and restaurants. It is also relatively near to the attractions of Puning. Not to mention, Ms Xu, the front desk receptionist, is extremely warm and helpful. Without asking, she tries her best to arrange the two rooms to be close to each other for my family and answers my queries patiently and professionally. It was a great and warm stay in Puning. Strongly recommended.

Echt nahe dem Bahnhof, aber es ist weit von der Stadtzentrum entfernt. Kann Didi / Taxi überall nehmen. Keine Englisch sprechen, kann aber mit dem Rezeptionisten chatten. Der Rezeptionist ist wirklich hilfreich und wir haben willkommen Snack. Unerwartet ist die Toilette ein intelligentes WC ohne Bidet.

Das Zimmer ist besonders groß, der Boss ist besonders enthusiastisch, um uns geduldig zu wählen, das Hotel hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Leibwäsche, die Tür hat einen Parkplatz, fast zwei Jahre neu geöffnet, sauber, vergessen, Fotos zu machen

對於今次入住中茵服務態度非常不滿意。入住當天下午2點，我帶着兩位80歲的長者（其中一位坐輪椅，剛經歷3個多小時車程）到店，卻因前房客未退房無法入住。我們最需要休息的特殊情況，沒有得到任何體諒。值班經理非但沒有提供解決方案（如安排臨時休息區、優先安排打掃），反而用‘哪個酒店都這樣’的冷漠態度來回應，這完全違背了酒店業‘以客為尊’的基本原則。 此外，次日早餐不僅品種單一、食物冰涼、補充不及時，當我們就此提出意見時，服務人員竟然與我們爭辯，聲稱‘酒店配送就這點’。 從前台到餐廳，貴酒店的服務鏈條全線失靈，對品牌聲譽是極大的損害。 我們作為家人，對讓年邁的父母經歷這樣的糟糕體驗感到非常痛心。
