Ich reservierte ein klassisches Zimmer und blieb drei Nächte lang. Es war eine spät einchecken und ich hatte eine kleine Problematik, um Zugang zum Zimmer zu erhalten, aber es wurde endlich gelöst (und der Manager war sehr entschuldigt.) Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig, aber leicht unhaltbar. Es gab ein wenig Farbe auf dem Teppich und etwas Staub auf den Lampenschattungen und Licht. Das Bett war jedoch komfortabel und in guter Zustand. Ich wollte diesen höheren Stern geben, und hätte ihn 3.5 gegeben, wenn möglich, da die Hauspflege regelmäßig war und die allgemeinen Einrichtungen gut waren. Ich verstehe, dass dieses Hotel unter den verschiedenen und wiederholten Verriegelungen von Victoria ein wenig gelitten hat und dass das Restaurant zu einer Unfallsituation geführt hat. Ich würde nicht gegen einen weiteren Aufenthalt.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel für Familienaufenthalt. Prima Service. Front Desk Exekutive sind sehr freundlich und professionell. Hotelpersonal sind sehr nett. Restaurant Essen ist gut und der Pool ist einfach atemberaubend. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Leute, die nach Aus reisen.

Wir sind am Samstag, den 14. Dezember um 18.00 Uhr im Box Hill Motel angekommen, nachdem wir aus Sydney fahren. Wir haben dieses Motel auf der Grundlage der kostenlosen WiFi-Verbindung für die Gäste ausgewählt. Als wir den Manager gefragt, Sue, um jemanden zu arrangieren, um uns zu helfen, unser Computer aufzubauen, sagte sie, es gab niemand verfügbar und gab uns eine Telefonnummer, um zu helfen. Als wir diese Nummer versuchten, war die Linie beschäftigt und wir wurden gestoppt. Nach 15 Minuten Halt, wurde die Verbindung zerbrochen und wir mussten die Zahl neu ändern und wieder starten. Das geschah dreimal. In Frustration haben wir den Manager mehrmals kontaktiert und es wurde angeraten, dass alle anderen Gäste mit der WIFI-Verbindung kein Problem hatten und dass das Problem unsere Schuld war. Ihre Haltung war, dass das nicht ihr Problem war und wenn wir nicht mit dem Service zufrieden waren, den wir überprüfen sollten. Keine Rückzahlung wurde angeboten. Ihr Verhalten war nicht das, was wir von einem Motelmanager erwartet hatten. Sie sollten sich um ihre Gäste kümmern und an Problemen mitwirken. Wir haben endlich die Verbindung hergestellt und konnten das Internet nutzen, nicht dank des Managers. Angesichts dieser Umstände werden wir sicherlich nicht das Box Hill Motel empfehlen.

We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist, Tharindu. He was very helpful, bringing out a luggage trolley for us and showing us where to park while checking in. In our room, we were greeted by a platter of mini desserts and a card congratulating us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, signed by the manager. We then re-arranged the room to suit us for 2 days and nights, including swapping out the desk chair for some more comfortable chairs. We were very grateful for Tharindu's easy nature and helpfulness. The room was extremely quiet, only once or twice did we hear a door shut, otherwise we weren't interrupted by any other guests and their movements. We were on the top floor (6th) which had great views to the north, over the Monash City Council outdoor and carpark area with plenty of trees. At night, the Glen Waverley buildings lit up, providing a surprisingly exciting vibe, we felt like we were in another city, in another state, not 12 mins drive from our house! The Glen has plenty to offer with shopping, cinema and a myriad of restaurants. Our hotel was just a 10 minute walk from everything, so we were able to go out several times to have a meal, a movie and the odd bit of shopping for some breakfast supplies. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but they were very kind to let us borrow some crockery and cutlery for our stay. Everything about our stay was positive except for the small matter of having to park off site. The car park underneath the hotel costs $20 per day, so we decided to park 1km away in neighbourhood streets for free. Most of the parking around The Glen is limited to 2 or 4 hours, so you'll need to walk a fair distance to find parking spots.

I stayed here with my partner and my youngest son for my birthday weekend. Hotel staff were beautiful and welcoming me with a gift basket gor my birthday. Amazing room and so comfy and clean. S bit noisy though. I would have expected thicker paned windows to block put noise however that was only draw back. I had the best birthday I'd had in yea rs...thanks sebel will definately be back

Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

Hier für eine Geschäftsreise. Es war ein toller Aufenthaltsort, schöne englische/europäische traditionelle Dekoration und Möbel, sehr sauberes Zimmer in der Nähe von allem. Das Zimmer verfügt über alle Einrichtungen: Eisen, Eisenbahnböden, Haartrockner, viele Handtücher, Stühle, Tisch, Desk, Armstühle, komfortabel Bettwäsche und Kissen, Klimaanlage, kostenloses WLAN. We recently spent 2 nights here & booked via booking.com. The hotel stands out like a gold shimmery beacon in a flat landscape but there is no signage to indicate how to access the place. It’s mainly occupied by residents so isn’t like a conventional hotel - this isn’t obvious at booking. There is no contact number so after doing laps of the block I ran out to the front door to see a mobile number for the manager on duty. He opened the underground car park door & we parked. Then checked in where he told us that there was no parking associated with our booking. He ended up finding a spot 20 minutes later. The room was nice. New, clean & had everything you need. The indoor pool needs to be prebooked which wasn’t told to us and the reception hours were different to what the print out of information they gave us at check in. The area has plenty of Asian cuisine options and little else. Finding a coffee or a cafe for breakfast on the Saturday morning was impossible - there’s just nothing open (except maccas). Overall everything was just too difficult & not smooth. Last thing you want after traveling for 12 hours.

Lovely people were willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as nice as it could possibly be. The hotel was close to food and to business so it made life easy as transport wasn't required. Our room was very nice and had all the features required to relax after a hard day's work thank you.

Ich habe 4 Nächte in einer Schlafzimmerwohnung geblieben. Ich wurde ein Schlüsselfob für den unterirdischen Parkplatz du zur Länge meines Aufenthalts gegeben, was fantastisch war. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt in der Nähe der Rezeption, das perfekt gut war. Ich habe das Rezeptionspersonal entschuldigt, wenn es laut war, aber ich habe nie viel von der Rezeption gehört. Spät am Abend, als alles ruhig war, war die Verkaufsmaschine bemerkbar, aber da es nicht viel verwendet, war das kein Problem. Die Einheit war sauber und gemütlich und hatte alles, was ich in ihr brauchte. Der Trockner ist ein bisschen schwierig und trocknet nicht die Kleidung vollständig, so dass wenn Sie sofort trocken brauchen, könnte dies ein Problem sein. Ich habe nur die Kleidung für ein paar Stunden auf dem Luftfahrzeug gewiss nochmal bleiben.
