Wow where do I start, to begin, I booked this trip to see a show at Soaring Eagle ******, we were going to stay at the ******s Hotel, however, they were booked. So we looked for nearby hotels. We came across Baymont by Wyndham, I selected a King Suite with a hot tub in the room. $384.62 for the 2 nights, Friday night and Saturday night. When we booked the room over the phone we were told that we had to give a credit card to ”hold” the room, also told that there are no pets allowed in the hotel, so we asked if when we got there we could pay cash, the nice lady on the phone said yes. so we hired a pet sitter to watch our dog for the 3 days, costing us $200. Here's where it all went bad. We arrived at the hotel and as we pulled in we saw a lady with a dog going into the building, other than her we seemed to be the only car in the whole lot. But all things aside we walked in and went to the desk to check-in. We were greeted by a man named ”Dallas”. Dallas was very kind in the beginning, then once he asked for our card, we gave him cash, and he seemed to be confused. We explained that when we talked to the woman on the phone to book the room she explained that we only needed to have a credit card to HOLD the room, then we could pay with cash. Dallas told us that they don't ever accept cash, we asked for the manager (Because all we had brought was a credit card and the cash for the room) to our surprise the manager was not available that day. It appeared that Dallas was the only person running the building and we did not want to give him a hard time so we paid on our credit card. we then asked about the dog policy and we were told that they only allow service dogs. now, our dog at home just so happened to be a service dog. We were aggravated by this because now the $200 we are paying some lady to watch our dog is for nothing. Anyways, we get our items from our vehicle and take them to the room. We set our items down in the room and we left to go get food (We were starving from the long drive) when we got back to the hotel we took a closer look at everything, my first concern was the tub, it was literally right next to the bed, like maybe 2 feet from the bed, plus there seemed to be long black hair in the tub. As I was looking at the tub, my wife was putting her jewelry on the desk and found a notepad with very disturbing images and notes on it, the notepad was obviously the hotels because it had the name of the hotel and address on it. The notepad had probably 15 different pages of inappropriate words on it. ”F*** me Da***” and ”Beat my A** like a drum” and more but you get the point. In the very very small bathroom we had several problems, first, we noticed that the toilet paper roll was more than half gone, plus that night when using the shower about 2 minutes into the shower, the head itself started making a very loud and obnoxious noise that sounded like the head was literally going to explode. We passed by the desk several times and no one was the

Die schlimmste Kundenerfahrung, die ich je begegnen habe. Ich habe im Februar einen Block von 14 Zimmern für eine Gruppe von High School-Studenten reserviert. Dies ist unser 7.+jähriges Reisejahr und wir haben immer in diesem Hotel ohne Probleme geblieben. Zuerst war das Hotel verrückt und hatte die Zimmer nicht bereit, weil sie die Buchung auf die falsche Nacht gelegt. Dies war trotz meiner 2 Anrufe doppelte Überprüfung, dass alles richtig war. Als ich da war, sagte der Manager, sie sei entschuldigt und dass ”Sie wusste nicht, was sie tat.” Ich bin eine Patientin und sagte kein Problem, und wir warten in der Lobby für 45 Minuten, um unsere Zimmer bereit zu machen. Als ich am nächsten Tag um meine Rezepte gebeten habe, konnte der Manager sie nicht für mich drucken, weil sie ihren Fehler zuvor korrigieren musste. In der nächsten Woche fand ich heraus, dass ich zweimal für die Zimmer geschuldet wurde (28 insgesamt) und ich habe versucht, das für 2 Monate zu beheben. Ich habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, der ”spätestens wieder zu reparieren” war. Nichts passierte. Dann rief ich Marriott Corporation. Viele E-Mails wurden mit ihnen ausgetauscht, um das Problem zu behandeln. Hier sind wir fast zwei Monate später und sie haben noch nicht das beheben und dann meine Versuche, die Gebühren auf meiner Kreditkarte zu streiten. Ich habe Stunden und Stunden mit diesem Hotel und Marriott Firma und jetzt mein Kreditkartenfirma verbracht und wir sind noch nichts. Marriott hat nicht hilfreich gewesen, da das ihr Problem ist und sie nicht zusammen ihre Handlungen bekommen können. Ich würde VERHALTEN Dieses Hotel zu allen Kosten!

We visited for our 25th anniversary. They gave us a free upgrade to the family suite and I was so impressed with this room. Loved the little patio space. The shower was amazing!! Your housekeeping staff is spot on. Everything was so clean. I work in the hospitality business (front desk), for about 10 years so I tend to nit pick, I found nothing to nit pick here. Pure perfection. The best part of our stay was Jiaia..she was so nice and welcoming, she deserves a raise or a bonus!! Thank you so much for everything. We will be back and will recommend this hotel.

Das ist unser Hotel, wenn wir ein Konzert in Soaring Eagle sehen. Das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. Sie werden mit Taxiinformationen helfen, um Sie zum Konzert zu bekommen. Das Frühstück ist nicht enthalten, sondern ein nettes Grundbüffet. Das Essen war sehr einfach und schnell. Der Fokus war Ruth unser Server. Sie war großartig! Unsere Gesamterfahrung war wieder großartig.

Wir ziehen in und es schien, als wäre es ein Parkplatz verhängt. Menschen sitzen einfach in ihren Autos, Hunde leiten sich in ihre Autos, Menschen sitzen einfach um. Wir gingen in der Lobby und es war ein Mist. Es gab keinen Kaffee oder Tee zur Verfügung. Das ganze Hotel riecht von Zigarettenruch, auch mein Zimmer. Der Aufzug klang so, als würde es jeder Minute zerbrechen. Wir kamen auf unserem Stock und ein Zimmer hatte schmutziges gelbes Geschirr auf den Handtüchern im Stock im Halle. Die Reinigungsfrau war ein paar Türen runter und sie ging direkt über sie mit ihrem Wagen. Sie waren noch am nächsten Tag da! Wir kamen in unser Zimmer und es war nichts wie die Bilder. Das erste, was ich bemerkte, war, dass die Schleife etwas weißes Krästes auf ihr hatte. Das ging direkt zum Boden. Unglaublich! Die Kissen waren nicht Ihre Standardgröße Kissen. Sie waren Kissen zu werfen. Mein Mann fand Toenail-Klips auf dem Osman. Kleidung Stichworte auf dem Boden. Das Teppich muss gereinigt werden, genau wie der Badezimmerboden. Nur 2 Handtücher wurden in unserem Badezimmer gegeben. Die Mikrowelle war grob. Nur froh, dass wir es nicht verwenden mussten. Der Kühlschrank war auf dem Boden. Der Ac/Heizgerät funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Als wir versuchten, zu sehen, wie es dort funktionierte, schien es auch Moll/Staub in den Winden der Ac/Wärme-Einheit. Wir blieben dort nur, weil wir dort keine Zeit verbringen. Am nächsten Morgen ging mein Mann um 6 Uhr nach unten und es gab eine Party, die dort hinunter ging und er sagte, die Leute würden hoch. Viele Weide werden geräuchert. Das Frühstück war ein Ställbrot für Toast mit einem schmutzigen Toaster, Belvita Frühstücksküchen, Schokolade Chips und Pop-Tarts. Kein Kaffee/Tee verfügbar, wieder. Wir ließen das Frühstück auf und verpackten es auf und nach links.

It was a while since I last stayed here, so I figured I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, some of the downsides I noted a few years ago remain.....most prominent the bed! The bed was, in short, awful, and not the least bit comfortable. The wi-fi also kept disconnecting in the middle of using, which was very frustrating (although the indicator was showing a strong signal). And, one of my pet peeves...the shower-mounted toiletries. I dislike these options, and case in point during this stay; in the middle of her shower, my wife discovered the shampoo dispenser was empty when trying to use. A call and a visit to the front desk took care of that, but that was about 10 minutes longer in the shower than she had planned, or wanted. The complimentary hot breakfast was good, and the location very convenient for all of Mt. Pleasant's attractions and points of interest.

Ich wohne hier jedes Mal, wenn ich zur Schule des Kindes gehe. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und das Ein- und Auschecken ist sehr praktisch. Kostenlose Parkplätze und kostenloses WLAN. Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet Platz für vier Personen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der University of Central Michigan, so dass Sie nicht mit dem Auto fahren müssen, es dauert nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein chinesisches Restaurant. Der Besitzer ist ein Billardspieler und die Gerichte sind authentisch. Es ist nicht weit von der Chinesischen Mauer entfernt und das Buffet ist praktisch und erschwinglich.
