Great hotel, very clean with a courteous and helpful staff. Good location. Low score for amenities because there weren't any. Bring your own alarm clock. Wake up available by phone.

The hotel was quiet the 4 night I stayed. The staff was friendly and polite. I especially appreciated their hospitality and ensuring I was a guest most times I entered the hotel making me feel safe. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was exceptionally comfortable and the marble floors cleaned daily.

This property was closed down by the Sate Prior & looks abandon but is actually again open under an alternate name. THIS IS NOT A RESORT!! This property shows permanently closed on Apple maps. This hotel is BEYOND RUN DOWN. The parking & grounds are full of weeds. The pool and water part is closed. There are NO CUSTOMERS. There are curtains and ceiling damage to rooms visible form out side looking into the dilapidated building ******* NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL / PROPERTY FROM YOUR search results YES ITS THAT BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN

When checking in, I was told that the AC was not working and I had the option to cancel and get a full refund. After I said I wanted to cancel, they proceeded to tell me that I had to call the 3rd party where I booked my stay. ******* has called multiple times and sent an email and still no refund. When contacting the hotel to let them know that ******* has called the day I canceled and sent an email, they said ******* had to call. Regarding the AC, I read a comment that the AC was down but this was a few weeks ago! Definitely would not book here.

Upon arriving the lobby was nice. Tonight's surprise discovered that the AC was out in the building. When I asked how long it had been out I was told the day before which I later found out was untrue because later I looked at other sites reviews and discovered that the AC had been out for 4 days. They offer no compensation and told me that the only thing I could do was get a refund. They didn't even have free water at the least for the guess.

The internet was on and off, mostly off. No TV really just free Google TV. If you like old classics like Lassie or leave it to beaver you're in luck. Elevator was down to 1 and it smelled terrible like the worst BO. The room was mostly clean. I'd look at this place late at night when you desperately just need a room to crash and sleep until the next morning.

I’m coming off one of the worst stays ever so this review may be a little overinflated, but I’ll try to be fair. The receptionists, both at check in and check out were super friendly and welcoming. In fact, all the guests and staff I met were happy and outgoing. The elevators will drive you crazy. Only one in order and it gets stuck on floors, press up and down and it goes quickly. Laundry services on 3rd floor-$4 to wash or dry, new machines, takes credit cards. Rooms are spotless but get warm despite having air turned low—pretty sure I was on the side facing the afternoon sun. Still, I loved my stay, hot water and water pressure were excellent. Any and everything you can think of is less than 3 miles in either direction, it’s perfectly centered. There is no complimentary breakfast but coffee makers with supplies in your room. No bar, no restaurant but lots of things close. Pool is huge, it was clean, saw a few people going down but lists as closed. I would definitely stay again—it was sooo clean. Thanks for a great night.
