Well this was somewhat of a disappointment compared to the previous Home 2 Suites we have stayed. The outside, lobby and halls are good but the rooms had some definite issues, they are worn and in need of some attention. We found dirty spoons in the drawer of silverware and wet glasses that looked like they were just taken out of the dishwasher, the bathroom had some rust issues and the floors (carpets etc.) are extremely dirty. Our feet and our kids feet turned black from walking on carpet, they could definitely use a good deep carpet cleaning. Just grosses us out knowing that all the outdoor grime from the streets end up on the floors in these rooms, the beds were comfortable and everything else including the pool area were decent. Only other complaint is we were on the top floor 4th floor and the noise from the surrounding rooms was absurdly loud. Probably won’t stay here again unless some improvements are made, staff were excellent and friendly, close to the interstate, food and shopping and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

Was this the worst place I’ve stayed? No. Would I stay here again? Absolutely no. I can’t imagine what hotel management would agree to a repair or renovation that yielded these results. See pics. Also, peep the hair in the shower. The breakfast advertised sounds wonderful. It consisted of microwaved breakfast sandwiches and packaged muffins.

Looking for a nice, clean and friendly hotel? Look no further! 100% recommend! The room was clean, beds were comfy and the room was very roomy! 20’minutes from Nashville airport and shopping is 3 minutes away. Don’t pass this one up! Quiet neighborhood

I was in Tennessee on business and left Memphis at about 9:30 PM to head towards Knoxville at about 1 AM I was done driving and stopped in Mount Juliet. Tried making reservations online but being that it was into the next day I couldn’t. I went into the hotel and Tim was at the reservation desk and proceeded to assist me. He spent a good 40 minutes on the phone Hilton Support and they were unable to book a room. However, Tim figured out a way to get me into a room and was so accommodating. When I stop by the front desk in the morning to check out, the manager was there and I didn’t get her name, but she kept apologizing for how long I had to wait for the room while Tim was figuring out the situation. I was more appreciative than anything. They comped my room, which I insisted they did not need to do. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing.

Mila and the staff were very accommodating to us during a very difficult situation as we were forced to stay here last minute due to our house being destroyed in a fire. We hd to bring two dogs and they made us very comfortable for us here. Mila needs a raise :) Eddie

Needs to be kept up. Checked into my room and found that the door deadbolt was broken and did not engage, kitchen light bulb not working, one of the shower doors jammed and would not slide and the kitchen sink slow to drain. Since this a newer Hilton I was surprised by the condition of my room. Next day I reported the issues to the front desk and was told they would have maintenance take care of the problems. 4 days later no fixes have been made. No word from management on the status of why I’m paying for substandard accommodations. As a diamond member I expected better. Will check out tomorrow and move to the Garden Inn for safer accommodations where I hope I can at least engage my doors deadbolt to prevent the door from being opened. Seems to me that Hilton would be appalled that one of their properties would not take the rooms door deadbolt issue as a serious safety threat for one of their guests.

My wife and I spent two nights here at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Mount Juliet. The staff is nice and friendly, the location is close to restaurants and shopping. BUT, the walls are incredibly thin. We could hear and feel the toddlers next door playing and their parents trying to control them. We slept with the TV on to combat the snoring. As the kids got up around 6AM they immediately started playing which cut into our ability to sleep in and relax on a weekend getaway. The walls were so then we heard the bathroom door close multiple times throughout the mornings and evenings before bedtime for our neighbors. We even could hear when they rolled up the blinds in the morning. You can hear or feel some folks walk down the hall way, like you were on a cruise ship, without all the cool destinations. If we do another track-day we will not be staying here.

Overall, my stay here was great. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast is well done. The only negative was a request for clean bath towels for our final night, but never received them. They are located conveniently near many stores and restaurants. This is a nice area too.
