However there is a lot of improvement that needs to take place in the rooms. Carpet needs to be changed, it’s quite dusty a bit aged. Pedestals were broken and shaking and need to be changed. Their dog is allowed to come into guest area which is quite sensitive for people who are not pet (dog) friendly. Generally the place is lovely and like I said, I will be going back for sure."

The rooftop bar and dining room are good settings. However, my dissatisfaction arose during the meals. The drinks took a while to arrive once we ordered even though the place wasn’t busy. This was confusing since the drinks we ordered wouldn’t take a long time to prepare (e.g. a can of soft drink or a beer). During the meals, we found that we couldn’t order certain things on the menu because the kitchen didn’t have enough stock of it left. We only found this out after ordering and had to take another look at the menu."

"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"In short, the room we booked using a platform ended up looking nothing like it had been shown on the website. The two bedroom family suite, was a converted garage with a double bed, a bunk bed, a divider between the room housing these & the bathroom. And a TV above the kitchen sink which meant you could not even wash your coffee cup in the morning. The explanation from the manager was that the platform must have made a mistake, as that which was advertised was the family suite luxury & that which we booked was the family suite. "

The shower door needs adjustment as the water spills over when showering. Die Besitzer gehen wirklich aus ihrem Weg, um ihre Gäste zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben."
