The room can be summed up in 1 word, disgusting!! If you are thinking about staying here don’t do it! This will ruin your vacation. We checked in to our room and realized quickly that it had never been cleaned after the last guest left. The room smelled very strongly like fish, the floors were greasy from whatever they cooked in the room, the linen had not been washed and there was still sand in the bed sheets! The previous guest had left some documentation on the counter that had some personal confidential information on it and that was still sitting on the counter. Obviously they never cleaned the room and when you get to the place you will understand that they probably don’t clean the rooms often. The place is in a very rough area and it doesn’t feel safe and the parking is very sketchy. It honestly was equivalent to staying at a crack house. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t stay in the room and we had to go stay at another hotel down the road. We contacted the manager and asked for a refund and he said he would call us on Monday and give us a refund. He didn’t call on Monday so we called him, he said to call back in 30 minutes. We tried calling back at least 5 times and he just stopped answering our call. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service and unsanitary conditions. Don’t even think about booking a room here, it will ruin your vacation.

El PEOR lugar para hospedarse. Front desk es pésimo, hice check in y me dieron una habitación equivocada, tuve que regresar a la recepción que es lejos, luego me entregaron una llave que no funcionaba, tuve que regresar por la llave otra vez. Al entrar a la habitación no había toallas, sabanas, ningún implemento de cocina , tuve que ir OTRA VEZ al front desk, me entregaron una caja con dos vasos, dos tazas, un plato y un par de cubiertos y la reserva fue para una habitación de 4 personas. Path la recepcionista fue muy desagradable en todo momento, de mala forma me comentó que esa información (solicitud de implementos de cocina) estaba pegada en la habitación y eso no es cierto, no había nada solo estaba la cama tendida. El recepcionista que realizó mi check in , me dio una habitación equivocada, una llave en mal estado y ninguna disculpa al respecto, le dio exactamente lo mismo. El trato al huésped en este hotel es PÉSIMO, no lo recomiendo en absoluto, busquen otro lugar para hospedarse este el lugar no vale la pena. Limpieza del baño, pésimo. Había pelos por todas partes, arena de los antiguos huéspedes. El chico de Mantencion y la encargada del desayuno fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con nuestras dudas. (Un 10 para ellos ) José el recepcionista, al momento de hacer LATE CHECK OUT, procedió con el pago rápidamente y no me entrego ni informó sobre una NUEVA LLAVE que debía tener para poder entrar, luego de un rato regresé de emergencia para entrar a mi habitación y estaba bloqueada, OTRA VEZ tuve que ir a la recepción para solucionar esto y JOSÉ de mala manera dice “ tu te fuiste ya no es mi problema “ El servicio de recepcionistas es lo peor que existe, trabajo en hoteleria y jamás atendería así a mis huéspedes, aquí no hay cariño ni profesionalismo. No te informan nada, las personas debemos adivinar cómo es la logística de este hotel. Calificación 1, no volvería a este lugar ni aunque fuera gratis. Mi estadía comenzó el día 20/junio hasta 24/Junio. Habitación número 17.

Das Personal des Morgen- und Nachtteams zeigt großartige Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität! Die Lage ist großartig in der Nähe der wichtigsten Autobahnen und vieler Restaurants und weniger als 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Poolbereich seit der Wiedereröffnung von Geschäften und Stränden nicht mehr geöffnet wurde. Gesamtpreis und Sauberkeit sind auf dem neuesten Stand!

Toll, es gibt Küchenutensilien, neben dem großen Supermarkt. Endlich aß ich ein billiges und leckeres Abendessen.

Motel extrêmement propre, un service hors pair, des propriétaires plus qu’attentionnés, tranquillité Nous y avons passé 8 jours, la chambre prête à notre arrivée ( a l’avance), et la femme de chambre Maria, d’une gentillesse notable et souriante, toujours prête à rendre service. Les propriétaires Guy et Pierre ( alias Raymond 😎) toujours disponibles et sur place. Bravo pour ce beau Motel si bien entretenu au fil des années.
