Carlsbad Motels

Es ist eine zweiwöchige Unterkunft, sehr komfortabel. Die Briefe der Rezeption sind auch sehr bescheiden. Ich möchte nochmal zu einem angemessenen Preis gehen.

lets begging by mentioning the motel is owned and managed by the same family who lived on the property, little kids come out to the office crying while you're checking in. stayed for a total of 12 days, last minute find and booking, not to mention cheap compared to the very pricey hotels around the area, however you pay for what you get. the rooms are suuuuper dirty, there are unmatched patches on the drywall, cracks on walls, the walls are absolutely disgusting!!!! and lets not talk about the bathrooms. mold/calcium build up etc, the first room we got had no hot water so we were moved, the second room took forever to get Luke warm water. the shutter blinds are broken so you have to close them one by one. the bathroom sink was clogged. I booked the room for 4 people, I was only provided 2 towels upon arrival, when we went to ask for more they made us wait 1.5 hours until I went up again and asked, the lady was super rude about towels. she first refused until I told her that I had booked the room for 4 and considering we came back from the beach its gross for us all to share them. that legit continued the entire stay, then they said they couldn't give towels because the washer has broke (ummmmmmmmm) they refused cleaning service between our days. and no sheet change either. while on our stay there were a bunch of homeless people banging on the vending machine, and roaming individuals through the motel grounds. the train track is right behind so you'll be woken up repeatedly though the night. we weren't allowed cancel as we would have lost the money, as a single parent that's harsh. so we were stuck. to top it all our security deposit was kept because my son washed the pan we used when we went to the campground park in the outside faucet, when brought up to management they tried today we were cooking in the room and they had videos of it.... EXCUSE ME what??? video cameras in the room? manager guy was very defiant and kept hanging up on me while I was trying to get an explanation!
