Nous somme déjà venu en 2018 quand l'hôtel a ouvert la première fois. Nous somme revenue visiter Mostaganem est nous avons choisi de revenir à l'hôtel AZ Notre arrivée délais d'attente très lent, après plusieurs minute nous avons pue avoir une chambre surclassé une attention particulière que nous avons apprécier. Une chambre confortable avec des produit d'hygiène le premier jours uniquement. Une salle de sport, le SPA nous avons annulé manque d'effectif personne pour nous faire le massage après le jacuzzi et le sauna, nous avons l'habitude prendre des soins complet. Un bon petit-déjeuner bien complet c'est un buffet. Le dînait c'est aussi un buffet un personne disponible, réactive super sympa, juste un soir un monsieur de la réception qui donne les tickets et nous fait signer pour le paiement c'est montre très désagréable avec nous le 21/04/2024 je me suis plaint à la réception, il nous fait attendre et nous dit vous avez pas payer vos diner alors que nous avons toujours payer à chaque extra à la rection. juste les transports pas simple à trouver parfois il est préférable de marcher pour trouver un taxi. Je remercie l'ensemble du personnel pour sa disponibilité son accueil et d'avoir rendu notre séjours satisfaisant malgré des désagréments.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im le privilege Hotel zu bleiben, und ich kann sicher sagen, es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Personal war freundlich und freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und die Einrichtungen waren topnotch. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt sucht.

Obwohl es sich um eine Tochtergesellschaft von Sonatrach handelt, fand ich, dass es mit anderen europäischen Hotels vergleichbar ist. Ich habe 4 Tage für eine Konferenz und Meetings verbracht und war insgesamt zufrieden. Mein Zimmer war einigermaßen modernisiert und im Gegensatz zu anderen fand ich, dass das Essen von guter Qualität und Auswahl für die Region war. Ich habe zu allen Mahlzeiten nur am Buffet teilgenommen. Es ist zwar voll und nicht alle Gäste sind mit dem Anstehen vertraut, aber dennoch ein angenehmes Erlebnis. Ich war zum ersten Mal in Oran und war etwas vorsichtig, deshalb habe ich mich auf dieser Reise nicht viel auf den Weg gemacht, habe mich aber auf dem Gelände sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war professionell und einer der größten „Vorteile“ war der kostenlose Flughafentransfer👏.

it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐
