Insgesamt habe ich 4 Nächte im Springlands verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer hier Luxus sucht, wird enttäuscht sein. Sieht man das Hotel als das, was es ist, nämlich ein Umschlagsplatz für Touristen, dann sollte es für jeden möglich sein, 2 oder auch 3 Nächte hier zu verbringen. Natürlich sollte hier aus unserer Sicht modernisiert werden. Vergleicht man es jedoch mit den Standards vor Ort, dann kann man sich durchaus gut arrangieren. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich an dieser Stelle das Personal und das Essen. Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen sind mit einfachen Mitteln sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Fokus liegt hier auf Kalorien und Kohlenhydraten. Aber wie gesagt, sehr lecker und frisch!! Als Gast in den Hotel habe ich mich sehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt. Das Personal ist an jeder Stelle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen und Problemen, wird einem sofort geholfen, manchmal auch etwas unkonventionell. An der Rezeption machen Modest und Amedeus einen sehr guten Job. Nur ist der Organisator, der früh Morgens das Chaos der Abreisenden sehr gut zu bändigen weiß. Selbst der Gärtner Lucas ist mir in Erinnerung geblieben, der immer ein freundliches Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte. Für einen Zwischenstop kann ich das Springlands durchaus empfehlen. Das Essen und die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden sind hier eindeutig die Stärke der Unterkunft.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und friedlichen Aufenthalt im Springlands Hotel. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen und komfortabel zu sein. Ich mochte die gepflegten Einrichtungen und die großartige Lage, um Moshi zu erkunden. Es diente uns vor und nach unserem Aufstieg.

Splinglands take relaxing very seriously. You won't have to lift a finger. With all the staff extremely friendly and willing to go over and above to make your time magical. Thank you to G who personally made my trip fantastic. Without asking, I always had a cold drink and belly full. He was truly a perfectionist and watching him work was all joy. The hotel is very relaxed with a pool and stunning layout. The buffet every breakfast, lunch and dinner is more than filling. Thank you team for my wonderful trip Laura

After arriving in Moshi for a safari with Zara Adventures, we entered the gate of Springlands Hotel. We were greeted by smiling faces and beautiful tropical gardens. After checking in and being shown to our comfortable and clean room, we went to dinner at the spacious outdoor dining area. The food was delicious with lots of choices and variety. There is a large pool with plenty of seating areas. The staff members were particularly helpful and accommodating. After the Safari tour, I stayed on at the hotel to wait for my husband to return from climbing Kilimanjaro. I felt very comfortable and taken care of, especially by Ginoga “G” who was always looking out on my behalf. There is also coffee bar on the grounds that is open daily and serves coffees, teas, smoothies and light fare. I highly recommend Springlands Hotel and hope one day to return!

Being able to return to Springlands Hotel was a dream come true. Everything was still as immaculate as we remembered it, if not better than it was when we stayed here 4 years ago with my wife, then my girlfriend. The excellent service and the people so friendly and caring made the homely feeling come back. We spent three days here; a day before safari and 2 days when we came back from the tour because this time we wanted to do a cultural tour around Moshi. We loved the breakfast with a nice variety to choose from. The packed lunch boxes worked well on the Materuni falls excursion. The rooms were still cute, cozy and squeaky clean with lots of hot water for the showers. Thank you Springlands people for recreating the magical Tanzanian hospitality!

We just spent our last day of our vacation in this elegant and beautiful property. The location was ideal for Kilimanjaro, not so far from the airport and close to Moshi town. The staff made our stay special with their close attention and friendly demeanor. Their smiles were infectious and they were attentive to all our needs. I loved the spacious room with a comfortable King sized bed that felt so so good after days of sleeping on the camping mat, a hot shower with lots of water, shampoo was heavenly. My wife went for a massage at the spa as I spent the afternoon by the poolside which so relaxing, lazing in the sun after the grueling trek with mojitos from the bar. Dinner at the restaurant was great and we enjoyed the great ambience of the place. All in all Springlands was fantastic!

I recently stayed at the Springlands hotel prior to a trek on Kilimanjaro. I had a very comfortable stay, and the staff were super friendly and helpful all the time. When I arrived in the middle of the night, they offered to cook me some food before I went to bed. When I slept through breakfast the next morning and woke up at 11, they still offered me breakfast as well. At the date of check out, I had to leave by bus in the evening. They let me stay in the room the whole day without any extra charge - of course due to availability in the hotel. These are examples of the service that this hotel offers, despite it being outside their own guidelines. I felt very welcome here, and I think the staff did a great job!

This is realy nice, comfortable hotel. Being conenected to the same operation as we hiked Kilimanjaro only served to make the couple of days we stayed here even nicer. Everything was planned, they had all the neccessities for the trips, and the bus trips to and from Nairobe all went smoothly. The food was good, rooms were quiet, there was a good coffee bar, and regular bar, gift shop

I recently spent two nights at this hotel, one at the start of my safari and the other at the end with my daughter. We arrived from Kilimanjaro airport very early after a long flight. Our room was ready for us. It was spotless if a little tight for space. It had 3 single beds. It would be incredibly small for 3 people. The food is normally buffet but it was à la carte for us as there were so few staying in the hotel. It was just at the end of the very long rainy season. It is an ideal location for start of safari or indeed if you wish to climb Kilimanjaro. Security is excellent at the property. It has a very rekaxing pool area and many different outdoor seated areas. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the amazing staff. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Zuby. She organised a trip to waterfalls and coffee experience for us at very short notice.
