Pretty good experience. Shout out to the check in personnel especially Daria. After our flight we were exhausted but as soon as we got there, she took care of everything:arranged our rooms, got us complimentary fruits and drinks. The rooms was fantastic as a person who wakes up late, the room was super dark when i wanted it to be. Best hotel!

Worst hotel experience in My Life! Was staying there in June. First couple of days, and then came back, as planned for 2 more days. In the end get out of the hotel after first night, as the thing I experienced is unacceptable. If you care about your secure and Comfort avoid this hotel. First part I stayed at the hotel was ok. Nothing special. Than I got back to the hotel. Parked my car infront of entrance and asked hotel security to ask for bell boy to take my luggage. Instead of that, security person on a rude manner told me to move my car. I told him, that I stay in hotel. I’m a guest. As a reply, I received that he don’t give a f* (in Russian), move your car; an get back with your luggage. I was shocked and told him that how could he speak with me like that! As an answer I got, that he don’t care, bell boys are busy and I can care my luggage whatever I like. Again - it was security of the hotel speaking with the guest. And when I told management, how come this ridiculous situation can happen, they did absolutely nothing. That totally showing the totally lack of management of the hotel and its unprofessionalism. So if you care of your Comfort and Secure, AVOID this place!!! The fact that I woke up in my room because of sounds of constructions it’s just nothing compared to to overall experience!!! AVOID

This is our first Holiday to Russia. First stop in Moscow. We wanted a centrally located hotel and Our travel agent (DS Travels) suggest this hotel. We stayed 4 night. Absolutely central around the Red square. Good surroundings. Hotel well located. Very friendly staff. Good room. Good Gym and Pool. Nice roof Restaurant. Very good champagne Breakfast. The chef was very coperative (Indian Chef) He made an excellent Indian food of my wife's choice one day. Overall will recommend without any hesitation. The only issue in Russia is that the overseas CC do not work because of the sanctions. So, all dealings are in cash. All currency is exchangeable . The people are very friendly and happy and can go around without any fear.
