優點：早餐還算用心，可以吃飽吃好，地理位置尚可，周邊有吃飯地方和小超市
缺點：前台女孩子冷冰冰，像是沒有經過專業培訓，反饋問題從不及時解決和跟進，因為634噪音投訴，後故意給安排噪音特別大的212房間，每天凌晨四點就聽到有人在拉着小車走來走去的聲音，有些歧視國人。前台的英語差強人意。
三個房間的隔音都不好，略微老舊。
**Pros**:
- Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, offering sufficient and satisfying options.
- The location is decent, with dining spots and small supermarkets in the surrounding area.
**Cons**:
- The front desk staff （female） were unfriendly and cold seemingly lacking professional training. Reported issues were never addressed or followed up promptly. （except Rita who guided us how to get the supermarket patiently）
- After a noise complaint about room 634, we were intentionally assigned room 212, which was extremely noisy. Every day around 4 a.m., we heard people walking around pulling carts, causing significant disturbance.
- The front desk’s English is not good.
- There appears to be discriminatory behavior towards Chinese guests.
- Soundproofing in all three rooms was poor. Decoration is old.

這是莫斯科客户推薦的，雖然不是一間新酒店，但設施配置都維護得挺不錯的，酒店外面還是顯示holiday inn，樓下就有BRT，出行非常方便，下次來會再住這裏。

酒店距離地鐵站步行500米，位置便利。距離紅場僅幾個地鐵站。
