The place has been recently renovated. The rooms look great. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that we saw the owner about the property keeping it swept up and clean. Will stay here again.

Great spot amd do reccomend. Its not a 5 star hotel or anything fancy. Its comfy, quiet, and close to the shops. No complaints

This place needs some work. Couldn't use the tub in the room because there was a giant hole in it. There was also black mold all over the top of the grout. Water pressure was poor. Bed was so so, not very comfortable and the doors extra lock had been ripped off the wall which did not make us feel safe. Most likely won't be going back to this particular hotel.

This room was perfect! Clean comfortable and walkable to the rock/beach/dining. Microwave and large mini frig as well as a single cup coffee maker in the room. We will definitely stay here again when I visit my son.

when we arrived the staff was friendly. i did not know there was going to be an extra charge for my dogs but only charged 40 for both. when getting into the bed there were spots that were wet. like maybe the sheets had not been dry all the way before the bed was made. no smell. just wet cold spots. staff brought more blankets. i have not decided whether i will stay here again.

The room was large with two beds and room for a two person table for dinner. I appreciate the microwave and fridge. The water pressure was poor but it’s like that in morro and not fault of the hotel. I’d stay there again since it is pet friendly. I would suggest expanding their green space to accommodate pet potty areas

Hotel was a good basic place to rest up for the night. Location was the best feature! Short walk to a lot of good restaurants and the coast. Air conditioner/heater was a bit loud and blows right onto the bed, but other than that it was ok.
