Staff is not helpful Very poor service Worst stay of my life Resturant is linking water on dining table They initially summited wrong bill of service we avail Rooms are not clean Food quality is very good but services are very poor Room telephone not working

A funny experience. First of all, the lady at the reception informed us upon arrival that it was impossible to pay by credit card, only cash was accepted. We had to negotiate a ride with her to an ATM. Three rooms in a 7-day stay. First room: non-functional air conditioning. Second room: a dead rat in the ventilation ducts, leaving a smell of death throughout the room. This room had to be aired out for 4 days. Last room on the first floor: if you get it, be aware that you'll hear rats running on the roof all night, which can be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. However, the location is beautiful, and every other morning we had the same breakfast buffet. The price for the resorts is okay, so the value for money is good. In conclusion, a funny experience but nothing too bad.

First things first location of the property is really nice Sea facing rooms have a beautiful view and should be your preference in terms of room options However the biggest dampener was that swimming pool was non functional citing some government regulations . Rooms were spacious however could have been more maintained. Minor maintenance issues were there in all the places Restaurant had very limited options and again has a lot of scope for improvement All in all nice owners and property however they need to focus more on services

We booked this resort for 5 nights and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. I feel if you want to stay in North goa, then Ashwem beach is best place to be in and this resort is value for money. Location - The best part is location as this resort is located right on main Ashwem Beach and you can go straight to beach by just walking few steps from your room. Even you have view of Sea from outside of almost all the rooms. I feel that beach in exact front of this resort is cleanest and feels like private beach since there are only 1-2 shacks so not much crowd and it remains clean. even if you walk 1 km on either side, you will feel that level of cleanliness and I think major issue is that there are lots of shacks. so if you want to have peaceful place to enjoy on beach than this is it. - They have a sitting arrangement on deck where you can have your dinner which beautiful sea view. Room - Rooms are well maintained and spacious. considering they are next to sea side, I feel they have managed to keep it well though a bit can be improved on deep cleaning in few areas inside room but nothing that you can't live with. - outside room also is beautifully maintained and they have small garden in front of every ground floor room which we felt was best to sit and relax with family in evening. Only one one day there was some foul smell in room and washroom which was taken care of promptly when we raised it with Housekeeping staff. Staff - Staff there is excellent and everyone is polite and ready to help you always. special thanks to Lira for managing our booking and helping us throughout the stay when needed. Room service was quick too. Food - Food quality and taste was good too. Thought in buffet breakfast, some items were not as per our taste but most of the items were great in taste and other items also in menu had good taste as per our liking. they also customised as per our needs. pricing also is decent.

This is a review without having stayed at this property. Why? We are a group of Army officers who had made a bulk booking after paying them a lakh+ 6 months in advance. People had made flight bookings when just about 3 days these guys cancelled on us for a flimsy reason that they won't be opening during those dates in Oct ,tough to believe right? Since its open season that time. My entire group was left high and dry and we had to make alternative arrangements on short notice at exorbitant prices. Their GM Simran and HO person Vivek were in constant touch with me throughout giving lip service . Their owners seem to be only interested in making money, bunch of crooks. Held on to our deposit for 6 months The story doesn't end here-I just checked on Agoda, and they are taking bookings during the dates they cancelled on us. I have saved all their mails and plan on taking them to court very soon. Please book at your own risk at this unprofessional resort

Very beautiful resort just on the Ashvem beach , best location and amneties, I have enjoyed at fullest and recommend all travellers to visit once , the best think I would say that the food is very delicious
