I’m writing to express my disappointment with my ongoing stay at your property. Despite booking a premium room with a full meal plan and making 100% advance payment, the service has fallen well short of expectations. Before booking, your team agreed to match a third-party offer that included specific benefits. However, upon arrival, these were denied without clear explanation. Additionally, there has been constant confusion around inclusions in the meal plan and poor coordination among staff. I expected a seamless and professional experience but have instead faced inconsistent communication, unclear policies, and avoidable inconvenience. This has been frustrating and far from the hospitality standards promised. I request a prompt clarification and resolution.
