Retten Sie sich selbst - bleiben Sie nicht hier! Es ist eine ziemlich gute Anzeige über den Ort, wenn sie Ihnen eine $150 Schadensersatz direkt von der Bat! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das wir nicht wollten, aber da die Frau am Vordertisch sagte, sie waren voll reserviert, mussten wir es nehmen. Die Fensterschließungen im Erdgeschoss in unserem Zimmer waren gebrochen, so dass es keinen Weg war, das Zimmer vollständig zu sichern. Der Feueralarm ging Mitte der Nacht aus (einem Draht in einem Feuersensor, der wahrscheinlich das ganze Gebäude wach macht). Nicht sicher, ob es ein echtes Feuer gab oder jemand es ausgesetzt? Danach erwachten die Bewohner über uns und das Geräusch der Kinder, die um das Zimmer herum laufen, folgte für die nächste Stunde. Unnötig zu sagen, es war ein schrecklicher Schlaf! Ich denke, das andere, was wir wissen müssen, ist, dass es zwei verschiedene Adressen auf Google Karten für 190 Chemin De la Gare gibt. Wir wurden auf eine andere Position, über die Autobahn und in einem Wohnbereich gerichtet, bevor wir den Fehler realisiert.

Das Hotel war schön, die Zimmer waren komfortable, die Betten sind auf der harten Seite, aber es war ok. Die Heißröhren waren nicht sehr stark und das Wasser war nicht so heiß, was etwas traurig in meiner Meinung war, weil ich nach dem Schlag die Schläuche wartete auf eine heiße entspannende Heißröhre. Auch das Poolwasser hatte einen sehr starken Chloramin-Geschmack (hot tub schien gut). schließlich ist das Frühstück ziemlich grundlegende, wie überall anders ich vor kurzem wegen Covid gewesen.

Booked the biggest room type with private spa for my partner’s birthday. I was concerned with all the negative reviews (saw them after booking) and while it started out iffy, the staff really went over and above and redeemed the whole experience. Got to our room, which we booked specifically lakeside to enjoy the sunrise in the private hot tub. I called 72 hours in advance to make sure we would be assigned a room with a functional spa, and then 24 hours in advance to specifically ask that the spa be cleaned prior to our arrival (should be a given but it isn’t the case). Upon arrival, we found the spa to have murkey water, hair clip inside, band-aids, etc. We asked to have it cleaned and they say only the day crew does that (our check in is at 4 and the staff already left by 5). They called our room with an offer to reimburse 130$ with late check out. We refused. They said they’d work on a solution and found us another room with same amenities, but smaller. They even still offered with that the late check out and 130. We took it. So, while you have to argue and not take the first offer, it ended up working out - they were willing to go into problem-solving mode. The room was extremely clean, the fireplace is such a great addition for the winter. Really a cool, calm and modern vibe. I have to say that the reception desk staff was lovely, welcoming, and warm. The restaurant staff were also professional - and a bit mortified that there were consistently screaming children (this resort does not seem to be geared towards children at all but there were many children around, maybe because of winter break?). This is out of their control. The food was great, unlike other reviews, it was tasty, warm. By the way - Yes, it is expensive there. This is not a budget-friendly escapade. IMPORTANT POINT: I will say that the people picking up the phone when you call to either make a reservation or ask questions are really rude. I’ve seen other reviews say this, and I concur. It seems to be people working from home (I can hear cartoons and their children in the background) and they seem completely exasperated and over it. However, while I was at the reception desk, I saw some of them taking reservations too and boy were they all wonderful at the desks (both at Emotion and Evolution). All this to say, if your first encounter over the phone is less than stellar, don’t be discouraged. Esterel should really do something about that though, because it’s details like this that makes or breaks a first impression.

The exterior is very nice, however, the interior needs to be updated. Location is ok, but it's close to a passing road where we can hear the vehicles pass by. Located on a very nice lake with possibility to borrow paddle boards, kayaks and canoes. However, we didn't get to be able to borrow the paddle boards as a group of youngsters invaded the dock and squat in the hot tub all day, making our stay a non-relaxing experience. Restaurant was very nice, food extremally good, but way too expensive. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff is very nice, but like everywhere else you could feel the lack of personnel. There is not a lot a space for the guess around the lake and is missing a quiet spot for people who wants to enjoy the tranquility of the lake. An exterior pool is definitely missing to complete this vacation retreat.

Wow ! Merveilleuse expérience. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 avec notre voiture électrique. Il y avait 8 bornes de 7,2 kw à chargement GRATUIT à notre disposition. L'hôtel tres bien situé. Près de l'autoroute, d'une épicerie, saq et même quincaillerie. Elle est récemment ouvert donc, c'est beau, ça sent bon et ultra propre. Le personnel très attentionné. Je vous le recommande fortement.
