Close and Convenient and yet completely secluded. *45 min from the SLC International Airport *15 Minutes to Snow Basin, Layton or Ogden. *45 minutes to Park City *35 minutes to East Canyon Reservoir *25 minutes to Pineview Reservoir The Lodge is 10,000 sq feet, has a huge kitchen with tons of storage, 2 great rooms and all the amenities of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. It has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator/freezer, 2nd huge commercial fridge, two ovens and two gas stoves. Commercial grade ice maker, tons of storage for dry goods. We also have chairs and tables to accommodate 100 people. The lodge sits approximately 1/4 mile from the paved road, 4 minutes from the freeway exit and is quite, safe, and very private. as it sits in the middle of a working ranch. Perfect for your kids to play without the dangers of traffic and people. Each Master Suite has a private bath with new smart TV's in each room. Free WiFi in the lodge, and also Smart Tv's in each great rooms. Independent sound system for each Great Room with a microphone available if needed. The Lodge is also stocked with bed and bath linens, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Additionally, each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This property has *4 Master Suite bedrooms (each sleeping 4 or 5) *1 Master Suite bunk room (sleeps 5) *2nd bunk room with a 1/2 bath (sleeps 10) *3 Mini cabins (sleeps 2 each on Twin Beds) *1 Mini cabin (sleeps 4 on Double Beds) *1 Mini cabin (sleeps 4 one Double bed and one Queen Bed) *1 Mini cabin (sleeps 4 on Queen Beds) Sleeps 51 in beds total - (33 in the main lodge and 18 in mini cabins) Additional Sleeping for additional guests in the downstairs Great Room on floor or cots. Cots ARE NOT provided. There is also plenty of open lawn space for tents if more sleeping is needed. ***99+ guests can be accommodated, but beds are provided for only 51 Guests. We have a huge lawn area, outside bowery, fire pit, pond, parking space for camp trailers, and some of the most beautiful scenery in the West.
